I'm waiting on the text of an actual draft law now, before that I don't believe anything the German mass-media-hoors report. Except for the date, that should be right. Which means it will be business as usual until at least mid 2017.

I'm also certain that this 'law' will either be invalid right from the start or will get invalidated by a court of law once somebody challenges it.

Well in FKK Artemis for example, girls pay more than guys to enter (I think around 140 euro) and it enable girls to use all facility including boarding room on top floor (girls dorm) and club do not take money from their earning from prostitution. Most major FKK in Germany have the same system.

Yes some girls do have pimps, but FKK club do not charge girls beside entrance fee.

In FKK clubs in Germany the girls pay their entry, maybe tax, maybe for sleeping, maybe some extras like food, towels, condoms etc. The money they make is theirs. They do not share it with the club.
