Sorry, I wasn't being too accurate. I was in Kali in 2005, saw nothing, and just assumed that there could be NOTHING substantial by now.

Yes, I don't often visit Kiev but that is the scene. So, I really wonder: what is happening in Kiev and in Ukraine?
