Posts: 2927Good to see this forum come back to life after being quiet for a while. Going to have to start back at Jan 2016 and read up on what I've missed.
Thought it would never happen to me, but I have to admit I ended up with "Forum Fatigue" after going strong on this board since 2007. Some things were just becoming too redundant for me, and I decided to just take a break from posting.
Still can't promise that I will post as much as I have in the past, but I do pop in from time to time.
Keep up the good work my brothas from anotha motha!

Posts: 3700Best bang for the buck in the DR, and how to do it.
I've been coming to this place since 2007 with about ten trips there under my belt. Until recently I always stayed a couple days, got bored and jumped on the next metro bus to Sosua. I used to think the small strip was the safe spot and the surrounding areas were full of robbers, thieves, drugs and gangs. Now I know its almost the opposite because the strip has the hardcore girls, thieves and druggies while the surrounding areas has normal girls, outdoor cafes, cheaper and bigger suites, and hidden trick houses. I'm sure there is a dangerous element there also but I felt safer there verses the main strip with its known characters looking for prey.
This is Grownman's stomping ground and he introduced me to the other side. Yeah, I'm talking about the areas outside of Boca chica a few blocks from the main strip. Up by highway 3 there is everything an adventurer could want at a great price. Over by the "Ollie" superstore there are villas and hotels with big suites for 40 usd a night. Ollie has everything a weekend warrior or long term visitor will ever need.
Here's how to do a four day weekend (Thursday-Monday) for under 1000 usd or less including airfare and girls:
Airfare for me from Florida is 350 usd, Sosua is 672 usd. There is only four flights from the US directly into POP (NY, Miami, NJ, and ATL), but SDQ has more than I can count. Transportation from POP to Sosua is 20-25 usd each way while there is a bus from the airport (SDQ) that drops off at the church by the park in Boca Chica for 80 p-500 p. The lower price of 80 p is the Dominican price but I asked how much for a gringo with two pieces of luggage and was told 500 p, but I think a 400 p offer will work.
Hotels in Boca;.
Back in 2008 the main hotels were el Candi and Joker, but I stayed at Zappata. Recently I've been staying at Garant hotel. Nowadays anything decent and close to the strip will cost you 60 usd and up. If you go about four blocks or more away from the strip towards the highway or the Ollie you will see bigger and better places for 40 usd for a huge suite with kitchen, security, safe, WiFi and living room for 35-50 usd a night. These places don't advertise on the internet and either you know about them through walking up or through a connection.
Girls;.
There are two trick houses disguised as something else away from the strip. One was advertised as a night club but they never appeared to be open. One day me and my main girl were walking by this place and she gave me the scoop. Venezuelan, blonde Dominicans and others but the prices started at 125 usd an hour. GM plugged me into Andres and San Pedro girls who once they know you will give you a special 1000 p deal and 1200 p for TLN. These girls despise the strip in Boca for some reason. I remember back in Sosua in 2007 all the girls were from La Union, Montellano and Puerto plata. Those little small communities dominated Sosua and SD girls were rare. Now Sosua is run by the SD girls while outer town girls only visiting during the day, if then. Also San Pedro and Andres girls don't mind providing GFE if that is your cup of tea and you only want one girl. GM and his crew had girls from Andres to down by the airport and some SD girls who didn't hesitate to hop on a motochoncho or bus to visit. The San pedro girls were my favorite. They would pay the 60 p for the 30 minute bus ride and we would do dinner (270 p each) and drinks (4 presidentes 400 p) and I would give them 2000 p for TLN. They would act surprised that I gave them that much so I knew I over-paid but fuck it. They would blow my phone up and I would say I'm low on money and could only pay 1000 p and they would be there an hour later. They were setting me up to be a future regular client or WU novio, as now they keep calling my number with sob stories while I'm in the States. Andres has women everywhere but you can't be afraid to go there and get numbers. I would suggest you get with someone who is familiar with this territory and go with them, but only during the daytime. Once you get the number they have no problem showing up at your hotel for 1000 p,but check their cedula when you meet them. The internet is a great way to meet girls from these area also.
Food;.
My favorite place is "Agua why Sol" on the strip Durante (SP). They have an Italian section with lasagna and spaghetti with homemade meatballs. Next to it cafeteria style is the Dominican section with chicken, pork, and beef plus the usual beans and rice. For a meal with salad, chicken and beef, red beans and brown rice I paid 240 p. On the beach you can grab a fried fish and fries for 300-350 p.
Village by the beach is the new hot spot. Its run by three Haitian dudes and I love the class the place has. It also has a hotel connected with it that is also run by the same guys so if you look on Airnb you can see everything they have to offer. Boathouse has spaghetti and wine on Wednesdays that's pretty good. Up by Ollie and the highway they several cafe's and outdoor night restaurants that have great food and nicer ambiance.

Posts: 89I agree with GM's assessment of the Chica's that hang out in front of the Garant. I stay there about 5 + times year and the reasons I won't pull one are exactly as GM stated. If you pull them once and it was a good session they will bother you forever for another session. They will also give you the stink eye every time you walk in or out of the place with another chica. Who know's what they will do if you have a mediocre or lousy session. I have no idea why management lets them loiter around the place for hours at a time but they do. A couple of them are doable but it's not worth the trouble in the long run.

Posts: 2492Mr. G and Villa Capri
So when Mr G arrived he went straight to his favorite hotel in Boca Chica. The Garant or something like that. It's also Surfer's favorite place to go. Now the place is nice. They have a pool it's close to the action and you can get food on the premise. The prices range from $57 plus tax for a no AC room. Yes they will charge you 18% on your room whether you pay cash or not. Up to as high as $87 for the bigger room with AC. There is no compromising. I tried to get Mr. G to come to Villa Capri where I was but it was 4 block from the action. And this ninja didn't want to walk. I was flabbergasted. This is the same man that walked my shoes off in Cuba. He will go on a six mile walk like its nothing. And now I have a mouth is killing him. But I knew what it was. It was those Chica hanging out in the front waiting to be grabbed. I don't mess with Hotel Chica. Once you hit one she will be all in your grill when you bring a new Chica to the hotel. They are also known to put salt in your game. If the session you had with one wasn't good you have to look at her for the rest of the time you're there because she hangs out there. She knows when you came and she sees you when you're leaving. Mr G has not a few ones off that hang at the hotel. He stayed there for 2 days before we left to the capital. I pleaded with him to come to Villa Capri. I don't know if it was the fact that the hotel refuse to work with him on a cheaper price, the chica that gave him the puppy dog looks pleading for more sessions, or the fact that I keep bragging to him that I had more space, a kitchenette, and a living room for $40. On his way back from La Romana he finally told me to hook him a room up in Villa Capri. I set him up with the room right across from me. It was structured similar to mine but had two beds. One for sleeping and one for freaking. 3 minutes of expecting his room he begin to unwind. Love the location away from the action. He love the fact that Chica don't hang out in the front. All I could say was I told you so. That was a $50 room. But he knows he didn't pay $50. The Grarant has lost a good customer.
