No, the rate has been changing by the minute; no worries.

Very Simple.
Do you have any idea of the cost of a TelCel SIM card when purchased in Tijuana. As I posted earlier Amazon and TelCel website has a Sim card with 1. Gb data, phone calls, which expires in 15 days for $40 USD. The price seems steep to me but if this is the current market value I just have to bite the bullet and buy one. I don't plan to use it much. Maybe a few phone calls and possibly Google Maps.

Captain Solo, did you see the movie "Loft" similar situation without the drama?

A search in the net did point to Telcel as the only ISP in Tijuana. The service is scrappy with up to only about 1 Mb per sec. Apparently Telcel internet service is much better in other states with reliable 10 Mbit P.S. People have been pushing Telcel to upgrade its back bone to improve the speed and reliability, but nobody knows when that will happen.
I will probably sign up for a package, telephone, mobile, internet ect. These guys who have pads in Tijuana are fucking a lot of sweet young girls, sleeping with them all night ect. I am jealous. Hehe.
Any bros wishing to share a pad near the border with internet service, let me know.
Email me your thinking, terms, condition through. PM.

Good Idea or better yet just get a local SIM card. I use TelCel which gives me a quality internet connection pay as you go on my Samsung Android Phone. The same SIM card works in SD. When I cross over to SD for the day I bring my Tijuana phone in case anyone needs to get in touch with me and I can still access my emails and web for any american contacts.
Very Simple.

I have to have internet provider for emails. Does not have to be fast, 1 Mb per sec and up down load is good enough.
What is a good way to get internet service in that area?
Would appreciate some tips.

Paying approx. $32 usd for less than 1. 5 gb of data that expires in 15 days is a rip-off no matter how you see it. Anyhow, Telcel sucks they flat out robbed me a couple times I highly recommend Movistar's $100 mx plan. $5. 75 lasts a month for me.
Living in Playas de Tijuana, my t-mobile north American plan works awesome. Unlimited talk text and data in Mexico, us, and Canada. The only.
Downfall is that most people in Mexico can't call your number, but that's where whatsapp comes in handy. But for 50 bucks a month, its not bad at all.

At Hotel Classic ,you can screw one girl for 500k rupiah for an hour, about 36 dollars and can have for 525k rupiahs / hour (about 40 dollars). Different floors have different setups. Was there last November. It was so much fun. The government is now doing some cracking down on red light districts and awaiting to see what they do with a expensive sex hotel Alexis in Jakarta. If they do close Alexis, then not so good news. May be asking for more bribe money. Many other places around the world.
I meant "At Hotel Classic, you can screw one girl for 350 k rupiah for an hour, about 27 dollars and can have 2 girls for 525 k rupiahs / hour (about 40 dollars). " You simply cannot beat these prices. There are so many girls and the rooms are big with a big clean bed, shower and clean towels provided. The hotels have a whole cleaning crews that clean the rooms after your session. On some floors, you can have a massage with full service. I cannot remember the prices at Las Cucardas, Lima as it was a couple of years ago. You can read my FR. I think it was less than 20 dollars and the exchange rate was not that good at that time. Would be even cheaper now.

Nice comparison. Many that spend most of their time in Tijuana, don't have the balls or money to reach out into the real world. You do and I appreciate your knowledge and posts.

That corner is no big deal. Over the last few years, I had some of my best sessions with girls from CC. But, normally in my hotel before they started work.
