That's a good deal. You did well. Most FLs start at 200,000 MT which, when I was there, was $100 just 2 months ago when the forex was 2000 MT: 1 USD.

Ramada is a bit of a way from "central". Was she there specifically looking for a pick-up? I think you scored more readily because you were staying "in-house". I have visited the roof-top bars in both the Holiday Inn (Tushin) and the Blue Sky along Peace Avenue and it has been slim pickings.

I've been to both Relax centers recently but left a little disappointed. I'm not sure what I was really expecting but the places didn't seem clean or fresh and the girls were not really my type. There should be 2 really tall apartment buildings under construction, over 20 floors, and right next to them there will be a red building advertised as Peace Bridge hotel, G club is there on the 2nd floor. Just a heads-up Dionysus if you are new to UB.

Be very careful about approaching groups of women who appear to be out on their own unless you get some hint they are interested in you.

Oftentimes the girls sit together so they can drink, eat and gossip and their men will sit away from them also together so they can eat and drink.

An angry Mongolian man who has had a few drinks will be very violent. Some of the guys who look a bit "overweight" are actually into wrestling (a major sport in Mongolia) and are actually quite fit and damn strong.

I have several women friends in Mongolia who are very wary about being with me out on the street after dark because they know that Mongolian men can get very jealous of foreigners taking "their" girls. We tend to meet very discreetly and I take my lead from the women.
