I plan to go to Rio around february/march 2017. Apart from the carnival itself, what would be the best time to visit Rio for strict mongering sport?

1/ one-two weeks before carnaval.

2/ during carnaval.

3/ one-two weeks after the carnaval.

Man she moved to the States for a period of time and joined a gym and did some Boot Camp workout program working out all the time and change up her eating habits and lost a lot of weight got a body make over (she was looking GREAT) and she was with two other chicks doing a ALL girl rap group and did some videos & CD's (didn't sound bad either) she also does nails make it easy to gather intel from the streets, I don't know if she moved back to Brazil or not I try not to get to deep in her business I like and rather wait for her to tell me what she is up to, I can ask her about any chick and less than 24 hours I can have a full report on the chick LOL. Over the years whenever I was in Brazil I would always buy or pay for her food & drinks at Mia P. Well not so good news from what I have learned from these two are ex T65 girls (second hand info) entrada is 100 which gets you 2 drinks. A 40 minute session is 350. Another option but do not see the value. Hopefully someone can share a report.

Its very bad down there at night. Area surrounding Florida Bar is also very problematic as can be T31 late at night. Very small, narrow streets, no lighting and people with nothing good to do there in general.

Take care out there.
