In my experience the street girls are very affordable for a short term trip to the room. Estimate 200-500 pesos for about 20 minutes with the variability depending on the particular girl and the options that you order. If you ask for a full hour you can expect an initial price quote of up to $100. Yea, that $100 is escort price level, but that's what I've been quoted for 1-hour sessions with a SG. I have no idea what a SG would ask for a 2-3 hour session.
Everyone seems to agree that you need to negotiate your time, services, and price while still standing on the street. If you try to negotiate while in the room, the price will likely be much higher. The girls usually quote gringos in pesos but most regulars pay in pesos, which usually saves you some money.
Have a great trip!

Final question for anyone to answer: are SG's attached to a particular hotel (I know SW aren't and they're usually American). Can SG's come to my room at Rizzo / Cascadas? Would like to spend around two or three hours with one of them (so endurance is still with me). But with youth comes less wealth so I can't do that with a BG from HK.
Thank you all, hope to meet some of you tomorrow.

Sounds like you have done some research and put together a real quick 'smash and grab' run south of the border. Also sounds like you're leaving your car north of the border. Good idea for first timers. Just a couple of thoughts. Being a weekend, you know it'll probably be busy, and getting a room at Cascadas that late at night on a Friday might be problematical without a reservation (Maybe some of our fellow hobbyists can chime in here). But might be a good idea to have a Secondary Plan just in case. Perhaps an alternate spot at the ready like Hotel Leyva as well.
Second point, I don't think an escort session is a bad idea at all, especially for first-timers. It's a bit pricier, but you can often (no guarantees) get a real hottie for a long, GFE and / or even PSE experience that would be quite memorable. One point to consider, though, most escort gals won't session at a hotel in La Zona. Better ask first when you reserve your playmate.
Enjoy Tijuana, I'm pretty sure you will.

Can you maybe disguise the briefcase by fitting it into a less conspicuous bag then locking it so they won't see the briefcase or use a soft briefcase and do the same ?

Posts: 144Reply. Bird in the Hallway
At CaptainSolo: Yes, it sure is nice. Saw it 5 minutes after I checked into my room. Went to check on my friend's rooms and how they were doing and spotted this little bird in the hallway. I felt it was photo-worthy. This (as you mentioned) is also my type. I don't do fat. Any degree of it, and prefer long dark hair. Liked your movie references also. Very, very accurate. As for Krystal. Hmmm. Might have to keep a sharp eye out for her. Glad you enjoyed the photo -

Forgot to add a quick question. Will the currency exchange shops be open that late? Midnight. Would it be safe to exchange around 300-400 $ at that time?

Have heard great things about the wonders down south. Coming down to SD for some time. Thought to try it out.
Thanks to the troves of information from all the seniors! Been combing through it. Hopefully can put it to practice.
Here's my basic plan. I reach SD at around midnight. Will have a car. It seems there isn't much point to find a room in SD. Planning to cross right away and head down and get a room in Cascadas. Though people have said that this process is straight enough for first timers at night, I'm a bit nervous. If there are any tips, would appreciate it.
Hopefully spend a few hours lurking around HK and sessions with BGs and SGs. Can try Adelitas too. Depends on how things go.
Planning to utilize the escort services next afternoon. Depending on how the sessions go the night before. I know this is not the most optimal use of resources in Tijuana. But hopefully it provides a good experience for newbies. Planing to use musastj. Seems that the rate and girls are reasonable. Back in the car by evening. Will try out the Pedwest. Though still a bit confused about getting to it.
I'd appreciate any suggestions or additions to this. I'm crunched a bit in time. But might as well start some time.
Also, if anybody sees a totally lost and confused person around HK Fri late night. Sat early, say Hi. That'd probably be me! I'd love to buy you a beer.

Last time I crossed at PedEast and there was a long line that I did not expect considering it was mid-afternoon Saturday. This time (Tuesday about 1 PM) I decided to try PedWest for the first time.
The $5 cab from HK dropped me at the foot of the mall. There were few people in the courtyard and a few walking up the ramp. Very easy to spot the USA entry sign from across the courtyard. The stench from the river is as foul as others have represented. Long walk across some uneven flooring. Wouldn't want to be in a wheelchair or haul a lot of luggage. One good point was there are porta-potties along the walk, set back and available through an openings in the fence. There were about 6 people in line to cross into the USA and 4 lanes open. The BP was friendly. My last name is somewhat long and difficult to pronounce, so they had a bit of a contest to see who could pronounce it best. Not exactly how I wanted to spend my time, but they might have changed their attitude if I seemed rushed, so I played along. I thought these guys are rally bored, but when asked they were good about providing directions to the trolley.
They had a bag scanner by the exit doors similar to PedEast, but it was not operational. Two rather stern BPs flanked the exit doors, presumably to search the bag of anyone they deemed questionable. They eyeballed me, but did not stop me or anyone else as I passed.
The sign says the shuttle to the trolley runs every 15 minutes, but I elected to walk. The shuttle stands did look decent, in that there were benches and shade. A bit tiring to walk in the mid-day sun with my backpack, but I will always need more exercise.
Despite the walk, I will probably use PedWest from now on.

Posts: 2635I agree it is simply not worth risk getting towed and having to spend $200-300 to get your car back. The other factor is that since Pedwest into Mexico is still not open it is still better park by KFC. The walk is roughly about the same.
