I read it. That's why I didn't bother to include any lengthy details of such stop-and-demand operations; you've already covered it. I only mentioned a recent incident I witnessed last Saturday night (1 OCT 2016), because it differed from yours by 2 additional persons and that they were well away from TC; most likely heading to Pacific Regency or Oasis Suites on Lorong P Ramlee. I should add another point of note: there were two police sedans (one was already engaged with a couple at the intersection; the second one passed by the 1st as backup, saw the group heading up the hill on Jalan Sultan Ismail, and chased after them).

Just this week in Beach Club, I saw a Chinese tourist attempting to negotiate with a top-notch Viet (her tight dress leaves nothing to the imagination). Based on his hand signals, his room must be walking distance from the TC corner. Either the offer was low (300? Per his fingers) or the girl did not want to risk getting picked up, so she deflected the offer by pointing to her high heels and seemed to indicate that she didn't want to walk far. At closing time, she ended up with a Japanese businessman, and they walked away in the opposite direction toward Jalan Pinang and KLCC. Either his car was that way or he met her threshold level. Oh, the Chinese punter finally caught an older Viet in shorts, T-shirts, and comfortable shoes, so supply and demand did match up eventually.

The police are more focused on the ladies, since it's easier to intimidate and detain on suspicion and unsubstantiated allegation. Just like at the corner of Jalan Sultan Ismail and Jalan P Ramlee (near Thai Club), where the police cruisers patrol regularly and snag Vietnamese freelancers. I've seen a patrol car driven opposite up the exit lane of UBN Tower to stop a group of 2 male Caucasians and 2 Asian ladies. I guess, they needed to fill quota or were thirty for tea.

Malaysian police is the shame of the country. They tolerate girls working in clubs just to use them as cows to milk periodically, as a regular source of additional income. Corruption is the rule here. Once in a while they raid BC and other clubs, collect girls, wait they pay 2000 rm bribe to release them, or they deport them. Then wait for the next iteration of the process.

This process is effective:
- poor girls work;
- foreign people pay high prices as 500 rm for ST (some dumbass *proudly* declared here to pay 1200 RM because he "can afford it"; congratulations);
- men in the middle get their fees (agents and police).
Everyone seems happy. What is unbearable is that newspapers give publicity to the official version of this: police fights to defend morality in KL against vice.

P.S.: I just arrived in these days. Yesterday I went to Changkat, met a nice viet, but older than average and not so flashy like those dolls with iPhone7. Just average looking, but sweet smile. As for those in the rooms, I'd assume that they locked their doors. My all big pocket guys as I wrote earlier too. KL us becoming too costly. Last year when I came here a beach club gal would come to my hotel for over night till next day afternoon for 500 and will do what I ask to. I went to BC again on this Friday. We can use the sauna, jacuzzi, shower, lounge, and internet ourselves, but other activities were suspended temporarily (dining service and checkout / bill payment, I. E. No cooked food or leaving the place) or stopped for the night (full package / special services, I. E. All foreign providers were vacated from premise). I saw the waiters, locker room attendants, and kitchen staff waiting in the 3rd floor coffee shop; most likely to be interviewed and inspected for ID's and work permits. None of the customers were bothered or examined.

Needless to say, I opted for regular Thai massage and left the place without satisfaction (hunger in stomach and little head). OKT informed me that full service will return next day, but I'll stay away for now. In KL for a week trip, and wanted to try W L Cheras, however their WA is not working, and hence contacted Amoi2 u.

The 3 hrs 2 shot rate was 410 to hotel, negotiated 360 but no go. But the guy suggested I visit them for 360 rate.

Giving that I have very selective for girl types, I decided to cab to the hotel location and pick first hand.

Would agree with you. The majority of Viets are business savvy and in it for the money only. The rules are. If they have the latest iPhone, polished long nails, perfect hair styles, well dressed, lots of make up, then just k walking and save your cash. I have never had a good experience with these dolls. Try to find the more natural ones that are less pushy and more chatty. Not that many in BC but you can find them if you look and ignore the non-performing dolls. The EE can be very hot and miss in BC. I have sampled them and found only one that was worth the money asked for. In terms of Cambodians. Best to go to PP and sample there.
