This cause is due a tight foreskin or the force used in your case most probably. It is called paraphimosis when the foreskin gets stuck. When it gets stuck make sure you immediately bring it back to normal otherwise the penis might swell up and lead into a infection if you keep it stuck for along time. In case it swells up make sure you cold compress it and go to a hospital. Age doesn't matter to do a circumcision. It's a simple procedure. I should have wrote this report 3 months ago but less spare time and laziness kept me from doing that.
