Is there even one other poster on this forum who would choose a girl in an MP based soley on personality? Some indication of her looks would be helpful. Tall or short? Fat or thin? Dark or fair? Baby? Tattoos? Breast size?

Obviously of course it's the visuals that prompts initial selection but in the room assuming service is acceptable it's as much the personality as anything else that I remember and brings me back. If that's unusual so be it. As I said somewhere else her appearance is fine, her body is delightful, l no baby, tallish, small butterfly tattoo over left boob and breast size I would say B-C. Anything else I can help you with today sir?

As to the new girl's looks personally while not a stand out I found her above average attractive but it more her personality that won me over.

I have no doubt that service levels and management attitude to customer satisfaction are inextricably linked. Yes individual girls have varying degrees of skill due to experience and natural affinity for the work and the more successful knowing real money comes from repeat business will always deliver but if the owner / management has little or no interest in whether the punter enjoyed himself or not in my experience this a place best avoided as the likelihood of a bad experience increases exponentially. With training and knowing it is the standard that they give their best whenever chosen most girls will become if not outstanding at least competent enough to leave the customer satisfied.

Agree 100%. Management has everything to do with the gal's attitude and performance. They set the standard. If management does not insist the gals deliver a high level of service, they won't. I think the trend over the past few years is to not be as demanding. Why? Because in order to get and maintain a staff that looks decent, management cannot be as strict. There are far more oilies and competition for gals is quite fierce. Many of the shops on 24/1 allow the gals to work part time (2 weeks per month, which allows them to travel overseas to work the other two weeks), come to work at 5 pm, and give CBJ, one shot, etc. The lookers will flock towards those shops.

Overall I have found Saeng's shops (Tulip and Bongkot) to be providing the best service at the current time and for that matter over the decade that I have been a devoted oily denizen. She tries to recruit from her hometown and prefers gals that have not worked in other shops. Truly a winning formula. SW is a second in performance, but makes up a bit in the looks dept. I have just not found the gals there in recent years to be as intense as say Golf and Opor at Tulip. And yes, I have tried Ninja twice and found her meh at best. For the first few years of its existence, Mango was exceptional, with some really lookers who were all PSEs (Cherry, Ann, Mook, Apple, Bo, etc). Not so much the case in recent years.

It's difficult to feel relaxed as you scan the small room. 10 plus smiling faces saying pick me pick me. Umm 4th on the right not bad, then you see her. She is not looking at you, not smiling but there is something about her so you turn to the mamsan and point to the girl in the corner. She does not compare to Ninja for technical prowess and if full on PSE is your thing then don't bother. For my tastes she is the sweetest girl I have met in a long time. I am no fool and always keep open the possibility that she is another consummate actress with a story but I don't care, my 2 hours with her were the best experience I have had in recent memory.

This explains why girls in Snow White have an excellent attitude and some girls in Cherry have a really poor attitude. It's all about superior management.
