For the stalls, the vast majority of them seem to have relocated to Soi 3/1 in an even more concentrated space, so no need to walk a linear path to shop. Sadly for the cart bar fans, not a single one has reappeared. Enjoy Bangkok, AsianRian.
The art bars have relocated to Soi 22 down an alley on the right side of the main bar in the front. They open from 3 PM daily.

I do hope, however, that those late night roll away cart bars are still around. I occasionally liked stopping by them and having a late night/early morning drink while chatting with the girls.

If you want to shop for inexpensive clothing, souvenirs, DVD's and what not, go to Chatuchak Market Sunday morning. For example, you will find the best selection and best prices for T-shirts, wallets, bronzes, and yes underwear here. Walk around. It is a huge place. Bargaining is expected.

80% of the stalls along Sukhimvit have been closed. Permanently. There are some stalls which are up against the wall (I. E. Not on the sidewalk). I don't know what you want, but there are shops for viagra, fake footballer shirts, kids clothes, fake handbags, etc. Just not the selection. Some of the stalls moved to Soi 3, but again not as much selection. You can ask your hotel where is a good night market depending upon what you want. Enjoy Bangkok, AsianRain.

I'm not suggesting it's for everyone. Mearly, if that's what the OP is looking for, it was (is. ?) available in PP.
I agree you could put it in the niche market category with many other pastimes mentioned in the forum.

Maybe ask the same question in the PP page and see if this is still available.

Don't see any reason to get a haircut and BJ from same person either (LB warning for some locations). However I maybe weird since I rarely go to a BJ shop for a BJ. I never take hand jobs.
In the old days like 25 to 30 years ago, I believe getting a BJ or fucking a girl in the back or curtained off area of a hair dresser was quite common, but I never tried it. Massage at a hair dresser was even more common, and may have involved some sex services.
I suppose I can see the point. Guy tells his wife he is going for haircut and to get the nails done. In the back he wants some mischief.
Also in the old days, they used to have no hands restaurants where customers were not allowed to use their hands for eating. Girls would assist to spoon feed the customers and hands could be used on the girls. Strangely, I never actually tried one of these places, as being spoon fed did not really appeal.

I cannot think of any synergy between the providers of these disparate services, so trying to combine the sets will likely result in suboptimality. Enjoy BKK, AsianRain.
Perhaps we could suggest one of the hairdressing salons in Sukhumvit road not far from Soi 5 populated by LBs. LOL.
I guess they would offer BJ and nails service.
Not sure what type of customers they manage to get to enter.

Will be in LOS in February, doing some planning- I have not heard of any salons or locations offering nail, toe, and manscaping followed by BJ and or FS. If there are board regulars who are aware of such please post the info, thanks.

Sorry my last report had such bad spelling. Butter fingers on a smart phone. I am sure most incorrect words can be guessed.

Remember the Chao Phraya river is really the Jao Phrayaa.
The problem is transliteration: The Thais spell it correctly, because they use their letters, จ or ช3593; respectively. It gets confusing when these are transliterated using "our" Roman alphabet because there is no standardized transliteration system in Thailand. That's why even common words such as "Sawasdee" or "Suvarnabhumi" (the airport) sometimes aren't transliterated consistently.
