i went to a sauna in Changning yesterday at 6:30 PM, thinking I was avoiding the busy hours because it was around dinner time. The place was superpacked, with 6 guys sitting in the reception area just waiting for a locker to become available. I spoke to the attendant, and he said because a lot of places in Minghang closed because of bad weather, many johns from that area came up to monger. Was that another crackdown or just a seasonal (New Year) ass kicking to be smoothed over? How packed the place was reflected the misguided and futile attempts to crack down on a human need, even more basic than alcohol during the Prohibition.

I also looked into the place before coming to SH. The last news I heard is that the entire place got torn down in October and the businesses scattered to places nearby.

This is an unfortunately titled YouTube video: these brothels are not "famous". They are not well known, except to locals. They are in PuXi (Pu West), the western part of Shanghai (and not PuDong, Pu East). They are at least 20 kilometres from RenMin Square。 If you don't have excellent command of Mandarin (putonghua) forget it. There is no need for Shanghai hua (Shanghai dialect) because most, perhaps all, of the "little misses" (xiao jie) are fresh off the farm, or once were "fresh off the farm"!

Can't find any thread on Taizhou, so I hope this will do.

So this is not new information but I thought I'd share my perspective on 2 things.

First the hotel room escort service business cards that get shoved under your door. I'm well aware that they don't send very good looking girls, but I personally think I have a high tolerance for fuckability if I'm horny enough. I called up one of these services half because I was curious what I'd get and half because I was looking to get laid. The price I was quoted was 500 or 800 depending on the looks of the girl. The guy on the phone said if you don't like the girl you can change it or refund. Considering BBS girls are 150-200 I'd figure 500 can get at least a 5 or 6. Well the chick they sent was about a 3, probably mid-30's. Thankfully I'm at least somewhat cautious and didn't let her in my room at this point. Anyways it was a pain in the ass to get rid of her and eventually did for the original 500 quoted price. I paid 500 because she actually did go inside and tried to get me off, which was impossible since she was even uglier naked. I kinda knew what I was getting into so it wasn't a huge surprise really. But the advice here is don't do it even if you're curious. Nothing good will come of it. There are saunas with 6+ looks girls that charge 600 per session.
