I don't understand why this is such an issue. In Berlin, there were no showers given, taken, though one freelancer offered me a shower on the way out of her apartment. I went Phnom Penh in second week of Jan. And report as follow:

Reached quite late to hotel on st 126 took shower had food and started journey.
