Pulled into the carpark yesterday evening. The ticket kiosk is gone, no ticket dispenser, no personnel to collect money. I assume it's now free parking but is it safe? Anyone has experience in this?
Is there another "safer" place to park that is within walking distance to the International bridge? Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

No don't park there! No over night parking allowed since Jan. 28. After 10 pm you will get towed. Go to the truck stop. Catch a ride across from drunken Indian. Cheaper then a cab. He will drop you off across the bridge if you ask. Might even give a discount if your not going all the way to bt. He also pick you up when he return or make arrangements for a morning pick up. He casually charges 25 for ride to and back to bt. Extra 10 if you want him to do a morning pick up next day.

I also hear that Jorrochos, about 1/2 block east of the Montera, will become an all night bar on the 1st of March. They had changed it to a pool hall, but have now removed all but 2 pool tables and added tables and chairs. No idea if it is to replace Arizona or exist along with it.

Was out last night, stopped and talked to the owner of Jorrochos, they have not gone to an all night bar as planned, and don't have a date that it is supposed to happen. He gave me a tour of the new upstairs, very nice, but not ready to open. The Intimo remains closed, they are working to make an emergency exit to be in compliance with the regulations. No work on when they will re-open. Several other bars also remain closed.

Just need some experienced help. It's been nearly 8 years and now I'm back to party a bit and enjoy. Thinking Thursday Friday and Saturday afternoon & evenings will offer some fun. In the past I've made the rounds. Been to Bar Montera and know where Jorrchos is but where is Emillianos & Intimo in relation to Montera. I've used google maps street but I can't seem to find any familiar landmarks. Like I said it was several years ago and just looking for a bit of guidance. And if any others that resemble bars like Montera I love to know. Had one hell of a great time when I was there last.
Planning on taking a daytime walk this afternoon.

A quick walk around is all that is needed, those bars are within 2-3 minutes of the Montera. Intimo was closed a couple weeks ago, as of last night, it remains closed.

Close to the corner of Victoria and Juarez. Victoria is at the southern end of the plaza, Juarez is 2 blocks west of Guerrero.

Found it right where you said it would be, thank you. For those who crave near cruise missile coordinate precision (27.4967002,-99.5088861). It's just west past Juarez on the south side of Victoria, 3rd building. It is well signed so no doubt when you are there. Despite my daytime scouting I never made it during their open hours. On the current google street view the sign says Escharbajo, which I can only presume is the prior name of the place.

New Alcohol Enforcement in progress, several bars closed for lack of permits and other things such as proper signage. Juega Juega was supposed to reopen Thursday, last night, it did not. I have no idea when they will actually reopen. I don't go there but I know several people that frequent there.

Juega Juega did not reopen on Friday night either, no one seems to have an answer on when it may.
