Why I hate IPHONE VIP status and Viber blocking sender seeing "message read"

    Just griping here.

On the iPhone, you can set someone's email to be VIP, meaning that when the person sends an email the other person's phone "dings" to let them know that one of their VIPs has sent a message. Now me, I don't use it, but I have one filipina that does, and when I send a message in 25 seconds she replies. If it say "OK " to her message. She replies. I asked her "you have that phone taped to your chest".

Same with Viber, you can set it so that the person sending the messages doesn't know that the receiver has read the messages. I have a filipina I chat with, and when we chat, it is long and boring stuff, and I can't stand it. She has her viber set up so I can see the message was delivered (meaning she is online) but hasn't read it yet, even when she HAS read it. This makes for more long boring chats, as I send messages that show up as 'delivered" an sign off, and then get pepperred with her silly replies. So I just started ignoring them and reply when the mood hits me.

Both of them are good fucks by the way hahahaha.

Just some pissing and moaning from me here.

    GG.

Nighthawk: you can't unscramble an egg

Once a girl has crossed the line, she is transformed and there is no going back. You can't make a virgin out of a mother, you cannot unscramble an egg, you cannot reform a ho. You are succumbing to some obsession / compulsion. Wake up! You must extricate yourself immediately. Run! You are headed to some yet unknown tragedy. I have seen it many times. Be strong.

Anyhow, as you've guessed it, Wildhawk is mad for this girl, thinking to see her again in Manila during a trip to Asia from the USA next month. I love everything about her, except her, if you know what I mean. It could be owing to her youth, her good English (likely acquired through a lot of Wan Chai dick-tation from Westerners). We've been doing the FB messaging, no mention of money (which she would only get for performance; I am half hoping that she broaches the subject so that I will jolt myself out of the crazy feelings and X her out of my life). She just mentioned that she had shown our messaging to a friend. "my friend like u". Which, naturally, makes the cynic in me wonder whether they are just comparing potential marks. The girl got a bit honked off when I submitted that I would not want to spend 5 hours of airplane /3+ airport time each way (from PEK) only to have her be a no-show in MNL, and that the Phils would not necessarily be my first choice of a destination if it were not for her. Instead of taking the compliment she went full-Duterte, as if I were impugning the reputation of her fine country. Now, in the end, Wildhawk is a big boy and could make do on his own, there or in AC. The routing would be a bit of a *****, as it's ORD-PEK (layover) -KMG in southwestern China, the focal point of the trip. I will be needing to pull the trigger on an air ticket, as prices in Southeast Asia are rising by the minute as we head to summer. So, in the end, I am soliciting advice. I could just do KMG to BKK, a two-hour flight each way and easy, but I just returned from Patts and really the Thailand trips (five in 10 years) will probably soon be drawing scrutiny. Another option is Bali, or Phnom Penh. Or go through to the extreme and change my booking for a layover in PEK and then add air to MNL. Sorry, this shit is sounding like I'm talking to a travel agent. Please forgive.
Travel agents? Heck try writing to Dear Abby first. Possibly attend a few AA meetings also before you write.

Please, exactly what are you asking?

Good news GE and I know you played a part in this with some behind the scenes advice etc so more kudos to you, hopefully the others can be helped similarly.

    On a more positive note.

A friend of mine filled up a pinay some time ago and got DNA tests done at St Lukes 5 months into the pregnancy (it was his kid). After this he started to donate the girl and baby 30 k a month plus he rents them a nice condo in a Makati high rise. Where I come into the picture, is that I am regular phil visitor. I was the one got him into the DNA test and now I am to blame (I am jaded I know) making him worry the pinay taking all the money and ship it back to her "pamily" and leave very little for the child wellbeing. Since I started this I ended up with bringing some small items from my friends homecountry to give to the baby and girl. And it was a planned surprise visit(quite a contradiction there but try to ukderstand, the girl didnt know ofcourse, hehe)..

I am stereotyping quite a lot when it comes to pinays so I was sure I would find an underfed child, the girls pinoy BF, loads of leads she is cheating etc etc. I must say I was pleasently surprised finding a wellfed baby, tons of babytools / items / clothes (cool omes too), milkpowder to 2 k php a pk (she can not breastfeed), a lullaby singingmachine, a cat etc etc. The girl even had bankstatements, written diary from when the baby was born (provided from St Lukes), an unused CC, printed A4's with all theirchathistory etc etc. Hell she even had saved up quite an ammount from my friends cash. She showed me everything. Not a single sign of any cheating, just a typical normal girl loving her child and I must say probably also my friend. I guess I must lower my stereotyping a tad. This was the final test and baby and girl is ready for the embassy shuffle to get the baby my friends citizenship / passport / social security number (all in one application). Embassy requires the baby is registered into my friends country offical gvmnt system (claim fatherhood), mom and baby have to take a DNA test at the embassy. When that's done and the baby gets the passport its moms turn and she will probably, most likely the same day, get a family reunion VISA stamped into her passport at the embassy as they are authorized to decide this themself. Then she and baby can travel to my friends country to start their new happy pappy pamily thing. My friend was not their when the child was born and even so it would have been illigate child. His name is not on the birthcertificate. The only thing his country cares about is that he claims fatherhood and not the phil certificatesometimes. These things goes well it seems. Its not all trainwrecks stories.

I wouldn't let a few lies ruin my Phil adventures. Out of probably 40+ girls that had my number or way to contact me over the years I have had maybe 4-5 girls try to scam me.

A few did for small amounts and I got better at detecting them. 5-6 did have real family emergencies like hospitals or funerals. For hospital emergencies I ask where is the hospital and family members name. Then I search online for the hospital and call to verify the patient. Also I have them send copies of hospital receipts. Some are good at making up receipts at the Internet cafes. I caught one fake hospital bill because the hospital did not exist on an internet search and they used the AC zip code for a Rona's City location. LOL.

Usually the legit request will provide you with all the info you request. The scam will accuse you of calling them a liar and rush you.

Sometimes the scams are quite entertaining.

I hear multiple times of guys promising marriage then taking a girls virginity then disappearing. Or running when they have impregnated a girl. So both sides are as guilty.

I wouldn't pay a peso until you have some proof.

I remember the time when the PI did not have its own DNA lab and I had to send the swabs to a lab in Texas. Now there are several which you can find easily online. Some tests can be done in utero. I would rescind my offer to pay until the DNA test and if you are interested, link payment to expanded paternal rights. As an example, will she let the child be raised by your childless younger sister back home?

I am the father. Man up

If you are the father, an American on social security then the monthly baby support will costs you nothing out of your pocket. As I understand it, a part of your SS benefits are monthly payments for your minor children until he or she reaches the age of 18. You will need to register your child born abroad at the Manila US Embassy, do DNA testing, obtain passport and SS number for child and notify SS.

If the deceased DS had done this before his kids would not be starving now.

    DNA tests

DNA testing is really expensive in Philippines at 14 k plus. I have no idea why, other than express mailing of test swabs to USA and possibly other taxes involved. VAT tax of 12% would not jack the price up to 14 k. Most if not all tests are done out of the country like sent to USA. Last year I did pay 14 k plus an additional 2 k for my test swabs done in America. The girl and baby did their swab test in AC and the swabs were sent to US lab. They mailed the test kit to me from US and I mailed it back to DNA testing center in US. Really don't know why the extra cost of 2 k but it got me wondering.

I searched online and found the same company and LAB doing the DNA test for $119 or say 6000 pesos! They send you the test kit with instructions on obtain swabs along with a return envelope. Test results are emailed to you within 7-10 days upon receipt of swabs. On my last recent trip to Philippines a friend of mine asked me to get swab tests from a girl and baby of whom claimed he was the father. I did get the swabs and sent it to him upon my return to US. He sent them in with his swab test and the lab confirmed he was the father.

If I might suggest that you get your test kit in America and either bring it back with you or have someone send it to you or her in Philippines. By the way I had used FedEx to overnight some business papers from Phil to US and the costs was around $30! Apparently the cargo planes go back half empty is why it is much cheaper as it was explained to me.

I believe you can use the same DNA company in other countries like Australia according to their web site.

I had this situation several times too and I asked at one of those diagnostic centers near friendship, how much a paternity test costs. They quoted 14 K. I told the girl that I'm ready to make a test and I will pay it if I'm the father, but if I'm not, I won't pay it and she needs to bring 14 k. None of them came.
