It depends on one's bankroll & how motivated they are. I'd take it just out of curiosity, let alone the potentially huge STI & safe sex ramifications. An extra 200 bucks in my bank account on the day I die is probably not going to matter. The problem is, where, if anywhere, in the world can one get the test done?

"People with two copies of the CCR5 delta32 gene (inherited from both parents) are virtually immune to HIV infection. This occurs in about 1% of Caucasian people. ".

"One copy of CCR5-delta32 seems to give some protection against infection, and makes the disease less severe if infection occurs. This is more common, it is found in up to 20% of Caucasians. ".

The PI safe sex thread was up when I looked a few minutes ago. Not sure about other nations, but one can always be created. Though one may have to be a paying member to have that privilege.

Larger Premium Condoms From Japan (and other places)

I think this is a timely topic for any forum, but since Thailand is the only nation that has a thread devoted to safe sex, I thought this would be good enough of a place to post this. Notice there is no safe sex thread on the Philippines forum?

If you are bigger than average, you are not at a big advantage unless you are barebacking white women with their big size pussies. This sort of activity however, is the basis for the western nuclear family, which most of us are familiar with. I'm past that stage of my life, thank you, and now devoted to brown tiny, twats for hire from Asia and LatAm. But, I digress. Another con with being bigger than average is less choice among the premium condoms of the world. As we should all know, when the condom is too small, your sensation is reduced (contrary to what one might think) and the risk of breakage is higher. In fact, a lot of breakage could be largely attributed to too small of a fit along with lack of proper lube.

It has been noted that the size Large Okamoto 0.02 is too small for the average farang. That said, its important to note that Japanese products marketed to Asian customers, are sized in relation to Asian proportion. Some time back, I read an article written by a "gaijin" living in Japan, where he documented his search for condoms (he didn't speak the language yet and didn't know where to start looking). At the end of his Odyssey, he found that Japanese condoms don't come in a size "medium" or "small". They were always Large, Larger or Extra Large (in Japanese terminology). What is large to them might be too snug for the average gaijin / farang / bule. That said, we need to up the size a few levels for our own needs.

I tried the Okamoto XL Big Boy last February in the DR, and found it a bit snug. However, I was able to drop my load and have a satisfying orgasm in a small Dominica (who was surprisingly snug for a woman who claimed to have two children). I continued my field testing in the DR, using the Kimono Maxx for the first time, as well as my old standby, Kimono Microthin Large (a quality Japanese condom widely available in the US). However, you have other factors involved here, such as the amount of alcohol involved and the women on the receiving end.

Back home, I started to consider my other options and looked online. Sadly, the best selection is on eBay, not from retail vendors stateside. I was once able to find the Sagami Large at Whole Foods, but now they are only available online through third party vendors, and they are expensive because they can't be found in small quantities. Sagami Large seemed to have fit me pretty well last time I used them, but that was also in the early 90's when my GF was off the pill for some reason.

I ordered the Okamoto Mega Big Boy from a reliable eBay vendor in Lithuania, that I've used before. Now when you see the phrase "Mega Big Boy", and a photo of an elephant on the box, you are thinking John Holmes proportions. Guess again. It was a quiet afternoon and I decided to do a more scientific comparison. I popped one of those 50 MG Sildenafilo I bought in Colombia last year, grabbed a bottle of coconut oil from the cubbard, cued up an episode of Asian Street Meat on my PC and pulled out the MEGA Big Boy, the Kimono Microthin Large, the MAXX, and a Big Boy XL. Now we're cooking with grease! Yeah, I know this seems gross to you, but the things we do for science. And at least I had a controlled test environment, with a clear, sober head, and no distractions of "leche papi" or "Senor, I need more money to buy Pampers for my baby!

As I recalled, the Big Boy XL, which comes in a box with a horse on it, was a bit too snug, and my test confirmed it. Sensation is good, but still a bit snug at the base. Extra large for the Japanese man, perhaps. Note that this condom is translucent black, which elicited a giggle from the dark, creole Dominica who was on the receiving end last February. The Kimono MicroThin Large was as always, bordering on snug, but gets the job done. This is my standard condom, which I 've used in every place I've mongered in recently (Berlin, Medellin, Thailand, the DR). Now for the the Kimono MAXX is snug at the base, but has a flare at the top, which actually should increase the sensation. I do recall using it to success on a small "rubia" in Santo Domino recently, but that was after quite a few drinks. It was a bit disappointing this time. I will not use again.

Finally, I whipped out the Mega Big Boy. Unlike the XL, it is not black, but a typical off-white tint. To my delight. It slid on easily and didn't feel too snug. The MegaBig Boy didn't look like I had a tight sausage casing on my dick. It was snug enough to stay in place, but had a nice flare at the top with elbow room for the glans. The feel was good even though this was not the thinnest product from Okamoto. It is still "Sheerlon" like the "Beyond Seven" series you see in the US. I think I will order some more and do more field testing on my next outing (which won't be till the end of the year, sadly).

I plan to check out the Trojan Magnum "Bareskin", which has gotten very good reviews from men who are larger than average. In fact, better reviews than any other domestic US product I've researched. I also used the SKYN Large condoms, which are made from polyisoprene. I had good experiences with it with my ex-wife, the Hungarian princess with the snug twat. Post divorce, I used it mongering in Medellin and Berlin, next to the Kimono MicroThin. After that, I didn't care for it that much compared to the Kimono product. Also, the SKYN has an unpleasant taste apparently. In Medellin, where CBJ is standard, a gorgeous girl I chose at Energia, went down on it only to pull her head back and make a funny face, and pick up the wrapper of the condom to understand what she has just been mouthing. She indicated it had a bad taste, but continued the BJ only to hurry on to her standard Medellin Cowgirl routine. I switched to the Kimono after that, and no girls complained about the taste. Then again, few girls in other places wanted to do a covered BJ.

Anybody else have other suggestions? Other experiences? What do we have to do to get a Okamoto. 001 in a Mega Big Boy Size?

Getting a vasectomy many years ago was one of the best decisions I ever made for the sake of my sanity, financial well-being, and a life of barebacking pleasure with at least that last issue you mentioned pretty much off the table.

IMO, any man considering launching into a life of non exclusive bareback sexual activities ought to add getting a vasectomy to the list of simple, easy, considerate and prudent preparations for it along with being circumsized, always having in your possession a current (within 2-3 months) clean blood check document for the biggies, keeping things welll lubed either naturally or from the drug store, avoiding sexual sessions that could possibly break the skin of you or your partner (s), avoiding unprotected receptive anal sex, washing your genitals with warm soapy water soon after finishing rather than just rolling over and drifting off to sleep, etc.

Anyone have other such recommendations to include?

I have never had Gono, at all. Also never caught anything from BBBJ in Germany.

However I did get Chlamydia most likely from a BBBJ from an older girl who worked at the Grace Coffee shop about 15 to 20 years ago. So its rare but possible, if girl has not cleaned her mouth thoroughly since a previous BBBJ. Chlamydia is actually very easy to catch. I got Chlamydia eye once from fingering a girl's pussy and then must have rubbed my eye before cleaning fingers properly. This was from a J One Soapy girl also many years ago.

Azithromycin fortunately fixes Chlamydia easily. In modern day I try to be more careful with washing fingers.

Another thing I like to do, (but admittedly don't always do it) is to drop a bit of lube inside the tip of the condom. These achieves two things: firstly it reduces friction between the end of your cock and the inside of the condom, precisely at the point where condoms seem to break (the very end). Secondly it provides a enhanced sensation (to me at least) as the end of the condoms slides against your glans a bit. This is assuming your condoms are wider at the tip that the rest of the shaft. Note that I have never had any problem with it slipping because the rest of the shaft isn't affected by the lube and it remains in place.

    2. Don't do BBBJ due to risk of catching gonhorrea, as this can be present in the woman's throat.

    3. Always wash your cock and balls after the deed with soap and water. I am convinced that this will prevent herpes from being contracted. Do not wait too long to do this, preferably not longer than 5 to 10 minutes.

    4. Do not have sex if you have any small wounds on your cock, such as healing wounds from herpes blisters. This could provide an easy route for the transmission of HIV.

    5. Do not have contact with providers or massagists if you have the flu or a head cold, as this will likely transmit the respiratory virus to them.

These are the main rules I follow nowaday. Haven't picked up anything in Pattaya in over a few hundred encounters but have picked up some nasties in Brazil, Cambodia, and Bangkok, from not following these rules.

Feel free to admit if you have caught gonhorrea from a BBBJ, as I am continually amazed about the number of reports here from members who do BBBJ.

You make it look like you are advertising some product that will make my uriine-piiss more expensive, or a book / video. So I am scared to follow the link to the web site. If you were promoting good diet nutrition, you could have included some more dietary guidelines in your quoted text perhaps.

If it is low sugar high fibre diets, then great. I hope "healthy fats" does not mean polyunsaturated, as these are the ones that oxidise, and oxidization is generally agreed to be bad these days, especially in your blood stream. All the bullshit started from the Ancel Keys guidelines, who was not a scientist.

I think guys need to realise that sexual performance can be very weak during sickness, flu or what ever that takes away your normal energy. Cough medicine is really bad for sex, since it takes away feeling in your throat and in your dick. Alcohol in any quantity beyond 1 glass is also bad for guys who are lacking sensitivity.

2 x100 MG Kamagra sounds like a vast overdose to me. Some guys would get significant boost from just 25 MG. For some 50 MG. Is about right for extended sex.

Where did you buy Kamagra? Hope you have got a real one. It should work (very powerful stuff), but then again I found Apcalis has little noticeable effect for me, so who knows. Take it at least 40 minutes before sex, maybe 25 minutes is enough if did not eat recently. Kamagra should be working well for most guys with any erectile function at all. Are lot of very old guys are able to have some fun.

I would seek doctor's advise rather than ask here. Understanding the cause of the problem matters right?

I think all the vitamins like Korean Ginseng, Epimium, horny goat weed, etc. Etc. Are largely a waste of money. I don't see much evidence of any great change when I take the.

Best advice is to take a healthy lo carb high fibre diet and lose a few kilos. Makes a large difference to sex, I found. Also good sleep and drink plenty of water.

Next use a good ultra thin condom. Okamotos are working fine for me right now. I prefer slightly over Sagami as they do stretch a little bit, to compensate for difficulty to put them on. Very tight indeed.

I once heard of an ex PM of Thailand having a special inflation device in his dick to help it stay up, however that was probably before the days of Viagra. 25 years ago. In those days one girl said my dick tended to sag with condoms so she let me fuck her BBFS to overcome the problem. That fixed it well. LOL
