Yes, you can. I make sure to tell them I'll be back when I step out to prevent misunderstandings. Also, they are bookable on various hotel websites just like hotels that don't do hourly rentals. I've stayed in Sogo and Eurotel a few times for a day or two. Their numerous locations and 24-hour check-in are convenient for those ok with the "atmosphere".

When travelling in / out of VC I also notice lots of other drive-in hotels in the same area.

Are these not strictly one time in and out places? I. e. You come there and stay and pay until you leave.

Heritage always asked for the girls ID and would hold it until she leaves. There is a pedestrian overpass that allows you to cross over the busy highway and get to EDSA Entertainment in 10-12 minutes. But as others have said, it is becoming run down. Look into Midas Casino which is also within walking distance; if it is within $20 of Heritage, I'd go with that. It also has an ATM for your bar fining experience. With Heritage, you have to walk about 5 minutes in the opposite direction for an ATM.

Both hotels are in close proximity to Mall of Asia.

Disclaimer. I've never stayed at Midas but all the girls recommend it over Heritage.
