Just finished four great days in Barbados.

This is not a place for mongering, however there are indeed options if you're here.

Street freelancers.

I stayed at St Lawrence Gap. I met several freelancers along this street at night.

Some hanging with cabbies and trying to hustle customers with their pals, others just meandering along solo.

No freelancers looked appealing. All of them were haggered and older.

Hals Bar.

A few obvious WL's here. Better quality than the street, but still not up to par.

Old Jam In.

Great live music, and pumping disco Thursday-Sunday. A few semi / full time pro's here, mostly local.

There are pimps operating here and managing most, if not all of these girls.

It felt dicey talking to these bloked. The girls seemed fine though.

Club Incognito.

I loved this place. Great set-up and friendly professional bar staff (they happily arranged me taxis, organised me tip change, explained prices, etc).

I really liked the girls here. Some were pushy, but if you are firm with them, they'll back off. A few introduced themselves, others eye fucked me from afar.

I prefer to approach the girls if I like them, rather than have to chit-chat and shoo away the pushy ones.

I had one of the best ST fucks of my life there. A tall very sexy, very thick Jamaican lady (they are all Jamaicans). As soon as we locked eyes, I knew she'd be awesome. We talked briefly $150 US to her and $25 to the security bloke for managing the doors or something. Ja girls don't like giving blowjobs. I offered her a tip and it was a propina well spent.

The time was even more memorable, because when she came she screamed "bombaklaaaaat" . Perfect Caribbean experience.

I took the time to chat with all of the ladies working there, over several nights which was a pleasure in itself.

I didn't get a chance to visit the other clubs, but I was impressed by the genuine nature of the operators. Cab drivers / venue staff / ladies.

After mongering for years in Asia, Latin America and now several Caribbean islands. The island girls win hands down.

I think it is more the fault of the club managers. Girls shouldn't be allowed to just lazily sit around when patrons are about, they should be some sort of training involved since it is after all a job.

I have very often noted poor behavior of some ladies in a club and thought why does the owner or manager allow it. I have imagined of how I might manage a club differently. Training was a central issue for me. It has seemed as though the ladies just walked in off the street and started working using only their own personal experience to guide them. Of course, they would need to be trainable, so the ladies need to have some minimum level of wits and education. But aren't the owners of these clubs losing money when their ladies do not please the customers? What is up with them?

I have not mongered in Barbados, or Jamaica, or Trinidad or any English-speaking country so I guess I really cannot compare.

I don't want come across as very biased or prejudiced. But I have to add my $0. 02. I have found that the attitude and behavior that Mind Bender and Scubatoo have described is quite common among British Caribbean women. I observed that behavior frequently with non-pros as a young man and later realized that SO MANY other women didn't behave likewise, it was not worth considering them at all. DR and now Cuba are very close by. Why bother with atrocious service?

I still just can't understand how a person whose income depends on catering to others, chooses to treat those others indifferently to badly and yet expects to earn money.

My comments were geared toward Club Tease, which appeared to be all Jamaican girls. I am also of the belief that the club management is responsible for setting the tone for the club. It reminded me a lot of the old Tasty Treats club in Bridgetown, that also had almost all Jamaican girls. I defies logic that a club would not want its girls to approach guys that enter the club eager (most times) to spend dollars and to have a good time. For the girls to sit idle, playing with their cell phones or engaged in girl chit-chat does nothing to foster a desire for any monger to stay. Even worse, is approaching the girl and her still having attitude. Because of the similarity of experiences at Club Tease and Tasty Treats, I assume there is a culture thing in Jamaica between its men and women. Whatever that may play into it, it has no place outside its borders.

On the other hand, I had great experiences with the girls at Club Incognito that were from Jamaica and other Commonwealth territories like Dominica. Very pleasant, good conversation, great effort in the room. The girls that hang around the bar are most agressive, but the girls scattered around the club are very approachable. The girls at Club Venus were the same, although a much smaller club. Both clubs have girls from different countries.

I think the bottom line is that management at Club Tease need to rethink the club's culture. It is a big space and ripe for having fun with a change of attitude. One of my constant puzzling thoughts in Barbados is why these clubs get started so late, often 10-11 pm. At least Club Incognito is now opening at 6 pm On Fridays. The clubs do not advertise and there is no signage. So guys learn by looking at sites like this.

These disappointing club cultures are not unique to Barbados. In St. Maarten, I have been to a couple of DR dominated clubs were most girls do not approach. So I approach them. They seem to want you to establish alpha dog mentality, and once you do, you can have a great time with them in the room and at the bar. The most popular club in St. Maarten, called Carolina's, is almost all Colombian girls. The girls were always friendly and approached or liked being approached. Until a few years ago when cell phones dominated their focus. Management changed that, and now you do not see cell phones hardly at all in the club and the girls are mixing well again.

So if any management reads these posts, WAKE UP. Make the club inviting visually, with good sound system. Easy access to the bar. Girls welcoming the guys when they enter the club. Plenty of seating around the bar to mingle. Restrict the use of cell phones by the girls in the bar. Open up earlier to get a wider range of clientele. Air condition the back rooms. Several years ago, there was limited opportunity to monger. Now, the choices have expanded considerably. Barbados had never been an island destination to monger. It has the potential now, but it is now more a destination for other things with the ability to monger if you want. Why not make it the best it can be?

Back in Barbados, and had a chance to check out the clubs in Christ Church area.

Club Venus: This used to be Dark Horse. Same location on Maxwell Coast Road, same interior. About 10 girls working, mostly Jamaican. Pretty good effort at mingling. My favorite from a couple years ago is back and looking really good. Slender body with a great ass. Other girls in the 6-8 range in looks. $100 US gets you laid in the back rooms. Club opens around 10, no cover until 12. $10 US.

At least 20-25 girls, many sitting around the perimeter seating and not mingling. Go to the bar. This is where the real players hang, and will interact playfully with you. Many of the girls are Jamaican. I took a very attractive Jamaican named Mona back for an excellent session. CBJ, Mish and Doggy pounding. Small breasts, nice booty, tight pussy, beautiful face, pleasant demeanor. $100 US + $25 US for the room. Mona said club will open at 6 pm on Fridays. New, expanding Sandals will make this place jump more in another year.

Because many of these girls are Jamaican, you will need to step up your approach game. Once engaged, they are usually quite pleasant. Take control of them. Like the DR girls, you need to be the alpha dog and then control the session.

Club Tease is in Worthing main Road highway 7 , where the old "Club Extreme" was same complex as Republic bank and Plata studios.

If you are coming from Bridgetown it is just pass Rendezvous Hill and Lucky horseshoe restaurant and Chicken barn on the left.

Of course it's clear that Curacao as a Dutch island with legal prostitution and it's famous Campo is a guaranteed way to find girls and sex.

There are a lot (non-sex) -reasons for us to travel to Barbados. But I want to be sure that you find girls in the clubs or anywhere else (massage parlors, escort) for sex. We appreciate also to take out girls from clubs and have fun for a day or night in our lodge.

Is this reasonable also in Barbados?

A couple of years ago, I would say you would be crazy to consider Barbados for anything other than its great beaches, restaurants and people. But the new clubs have definitely changed the scene. There are two drawbacks to Barbados for mongering. First, the clubs really don't get started until very late at night (10-11 pm). Second, the sex in the clubs is much more expensive than other destinations, although cheaper than it was several years ago. Personally, I think the Dutch islands of St. Maarten, Curacao and Aruba are much better choices. St. Maarten is my favorite. 8-10 clubs with lots of Colombian and DR girls. Many clubs open around noon and run until about 3 am. I have routinely taken girls out of the club, and find some that are also girl friendly. Great rooms in the clubs for sex. 20-30 minutes for just $50 US. Barbados will be at least double that, and only a small room with a padded bench. Tease: Seems to be a laid back kinda Club (10 US admission, Wide Variety of girls mainly from Jamaica, the music is very good. Open till the last Patron leaves or so they say, stage action was lack luster but consistent, they don't get naked at all.

However many of the ladies walk around topless.

Girls are friendly, some do try to hustle you for tip but not annoying, the bar is fairly well stocked and prices are good, parking is pretty good but if you park in the front beware of being seen, if you park in the back beware of security.

Drinks: average cost.

Back rooms- Moderate but well kept.

Lap dance: between 1-5 USD tip.

Private lap dance: 10 USD and up.

Girls: full service - 100 us-300 us.

Take away, 100 US + what ever the girl charges.

Well truthfully haven't done the massage thing in a while, got fed up a while back as just felt scamish to me as they rub your back bit then offer sex, girls generally not into it unless you paying for the extras, and then they nickle and dime you for every service, however I did have a few good ones back in the day, the scene as reported to me are mainly Jamaicans, some locals who want to provide on the DL, the operators you see in the news paper generally don't last long fly-by-night operations usually change name or location after they get "known" or some incident happens. (always a story).

Your best bet is strip clubs, and take home. Depending on your budget, Club Rehab, and Club Incognito seem to work best or one of the online outfits like Islandgirls.

Be safe, stay away from Bush hill and nelson street,(some bad incidents recently) and pm me if you want a "semi tour guide".
