Most probably she is not Russian but Romania and may be her parents were working in the government at the time of soviet union so they have to speak Russian.

As Craoiva stated: no club will let them work without papers that allow them to. So they could get a fake passport or marry a EU member. But working on a tourist visa will definitely not be possible, I've seen many girls from outside the EU being turned away.
