I find getting LT with gogo girls to be the most productive way to get it. So that is the intell I want to share with you so that you enjoy your stay. But you are not guaranteed to get BBFS. So just be prepared that the given girl may not offer it and you may have to ditch her and get another. Also yes, YMMV. Some get it, some don't. There are a number of factors on this. Obviously someone who is experienced with getting it will know how to procure it.

Oh one last thing, you may want to get an HIV test and paper print out just a day / same-day as you go around offering this. It would help to have your papers in order and makes the girl feel safer and is a good backup plan in case they say no. The short answer is you'll find it with some girls everywhere but not "openly". Being offered and getting Anal Sex is presented quite openly around town, but I have never seen BBFS touted openly anywhere in Thailand. Interesting to note then that I believe there are more abbreviations and phrases for what amounts to BBFS listed on this site than there are for Anal Sex. Good question, and fortunately it's simple. Specify you want to "finish 2 times" -- that much English should be widely understood, but Thai is "set song kang" if you need to confirm. You will not have a problem, as long as the girl agrees to this as well as the price beforehand.

Some years ago, 2 pops was the deal I made with basically all freelancers I took off Sukhumwit, and about 70% took it without trouble, at the ST going rate (1000-1500 baht back then). It's a good filter too, ones who refused would have probably provided crappy service anyway. These days, girls are more eager to get in and out quickly with minimal service, but I'm sure you'll still find enough takers.

Be very clear in your negotiation, and don't go for the unclear "2 hours", "maybe 2-3 pops" or even "as much as I can pop within 2 hours", all of those can lead to misunderstandings. These days, a 2-hour session is considered ST but often will include 2 pops. When negotiating its best to tell them up front what your expectations are otherwise they will do the least amount of work possible and act dumb even though the shop they work in says 2 hours 2 pops or cum as many as you can in the time given. Just hold up two fingers and say 'I cum' and they should get the idea. Some will consider the 2 X to be HJ / BJ for the 1st and FS for the 2nd so best to be clear about that.
