How to get them?

The short answer is you'll find it with some girls everywhere but not "openly". Oh one last thing, you may want to get an HIV test and paper print out just a day / same-day as you go around offering this. The vast majority of Thai girls will not be comfortable with letting even their closest friend know they are considering and might agree to BBFS with a customer. And your interest in getting two girls willing to agree to it and engage in it in a threesome will be a heavy lift indeed. My experience has been it is much more agreeable from go-go girls, places like Mandarin Bar, Billboard, Twisters, Bangkok Bunnies in Nana Plaza, Crazy House, Suzie Wong in Soi Cowboy, etc. than in almost any other venues like beer bars, massage shops, or even freelancers. Still, Your Mileage May Vary.

I'm certain that very few people have the primary objective of traveling from overseas with the aim of visiting a no-takeout "chat drinking lounge" where the hostesses are uneducated and let's face it, not exactly stunning, Issan girls who can't even chat properly in English. I assume there must be some venues in town catering to this weird desire. I mean, there are places where guys pay serious Thai-level P4 P money for a HJ. But I don't know of any go-go bar in all of Bangkok (or Pattaya, no doubt) that is knowingly, purposely and openly transforming from the classic "buy a Lady Drink and get laid" model into anything like what has been described here.

Of course, I know there are go-go bars that try to fool customers into thinking that "get laid" part of the deal will occur when the truth is the Coyotes dragging suckers into the bar have no intention of any such thing happening and, in fact, have been hired specifically not to leave the bar with a customer for any reason whatsoever. But if any of those girls voluntarily spilled the beans on the scam or if the proprietors of those go-go bars placed a sign stating (in English, Japanese and Korean) that this bar is now offering that hot new trend of allowing you to sit and chat with our girls, buy plenty of Lady Drinks, but drop the idea of having sex with them out of your thoughts, I suspect only deaf and blind customers would ever find themselves sitting in one.

Perhaps such go-go bars are all the rage in Tokyo, Japan or Seoul, Korea. But, like you, I don't understand why guys would fly to Thailand to do the same thing with Thai girls. Frankly, making a case for such a "trend" with regard to go-go bars sounds to me like a failed go-go bar owner's excuse for why very few customers barfine his unsuitable and poorly managed girls or why he had to hire an agency to dress up the place with decent looking girls who fancy themselves to be non-P4 P "models" and not hookers.

Good question, and fortunately it's simple. Specify you want to "finish 2 times" -- that much English should be widely understood, but Thai is "set song kang" if you need to confirm. You will not have a problem, as long as the girl agrees to this as well as the price beforehand.

Some years ago, 2 pops was the deal I made with basically all freelancers I took off Sukhumwit, and about 70% took it without trouble, at the ST going rate (1000-1500 baht back then). It's a good filter too, ones who refused would have probably provided crappy service anyway. These days, girls are more eager to get in and out quickly with minimal service, but I'm sure you'll still find enough takers.

Be very clear in your negotiation, and don't go for the unclear "2 hours", "maybe 2-3 pops" or even "as much as I can pop within 2 hours", all of those can lead to misunderstandings. No need to use the card, "2 pops" is very easy to get across in English, Thai, or improvised sign language. If you can't get even "2 pops" across clearly verbally, you're better off not even taking the girl, since minimal communication is necessary for a decent session. Just make sure the girl clearly agrees, and also set down the price before going. Fortunately, pops are something that's easy to be perfectly clear about, there's no ambiguity possible (as it is with many other "special requests".

I think if you ask for 3 pops you might get fewer takers and a less iron-clad agreement, since there's a huge variety among punters, and the girl might be wary of accepting. Most people can do the 2nd pop within an hour or two, if they care to do it at all. But 3 can take many hours and some vigorous fucking for the majority.

Well regarding the 3 x. I was thinking of more of an LT session, but w / o the sleeping. I imagine in that case I would pay the LT rate and just give her her payment and tip when we're done. I should have specified that. From what I'm reading I may just be better off going back out and finding a new girl which is fine with me.
