Sounds like you had a pretty good time in Phnom Penh. I have three comments that relate to your experiences with DD girls:

1. $100 for ST has been the price the girls have asked for a long time. It's standard and I wouldn't try to negotiate them down. As many have noted, many of these same girls show up at Pontoon later in the night, so if you are willing to wait and take your chances you will find the same girl later, then go for it. I will stick with the bird in the hand concept.

2. I have never had a bad time with a DD girl and a number of them have been outstanding. What I have found is that when the 1st night goes really well (a ST or a voluntary overnight extension), the girl will always want to see me again, so we exchange Line accounts yada yada yada and begin chatting. On ALL (100%) of my follow up 2nd times with these girls, they voluntarily (no negotiation, no suggestion on my part) spend the whole night with me, never, never ask for more money, and they usually throw in a couple of extras, if you know what I mean, ha ha, like bareback, so the GFE green light is turned on bright.

3. In general, no matter what country I am mongering in, except the AC, Philippines, I only want to do a ST with a girl on our first night. If things are really good, then longer times are easily be arranged. I have never seen a sign at 252. Is it possible that some punters are taking tukuks there and the driver is calling ahead to get commission, then the staff quickly stick a bogus sign on the desk?

As with any other purchase in SEA, just let them know that you know the price, flinch if they ask for more and after politely giving them the opportunity to climb down walk if necessary.

As to getting a lower price next time, the main benefit of getting it right the first time is that is that generally you will always pay the same thereafter.

The issue here, and the issue with the scene in Cambodia, is that these women are not remotely worth more than around $7+25. I completely understand guys paying $50 for great service from stunners but that is not what we are talking about here. And $7 for that quality of st room is more than enough.

That's a good deal with the Hotel. I've stayed at Riverside Suites and Grand Mekong and paid a lot more.

Apologies for the delay in responding. I usually write a report and then forget that I ever did. No issues with bringing girls up in vacation boutique hotel, though admittedly I did get a small discount on the room as I frequently book through agoda and it was on promotion. I think the regular rate for that room is $40 per night.
