Spent a few weeks in Seoul recently and of all the redlights visited, Suwon was the best. Majority of girls were ok with foreigners and only a few tried to up charge. The place also had more girls available before 4 pm. Cost was 40-70 Won.

Dongducheonjungang also did not mind non Korean speaking westerner but limited number of girls and best looking girl there really wanted to rush everything.

I went earlier this week to YDP maybe after 10 pm and more than half of the glass houses were up and running despite the heavy rain.

I did not get the feeling it was being phased out (though I had not been around Seoul in its prime) but I can understand why it is not popular anymore. 70 k for 15 minutes of action is very poor dollar value. Paying 30 k more for an hour at a hyugetel seems like a better deal to me. Or pay double for an hour with a young beautiful girl with GFE at a officetel. If they brought their prices down to 50 k then they would be much more competitive but at 70 k RLDs never made sense in the modern climate.

I've seen Miwoo twice. Pictures on the site are accurate, but I don't think she's as young as 22, maybe 26. She isn't as skinny as the pictures either, maybe 5 or 10 pounds heavier.
