You need to make an appointment, which is easy to do using whatsapp and google translate. Once you make an appointment (or when you confirm the appointment) they give you the exact street address (the x in Villaroel 15 X will become a number), the apartment number, and the door code to be buzzed in. Use the entrance closest to Padilla, which is the one furthest left as you face the building from Gran Via. These are shared apartment places, not true brothels, so you need an appointment. Based on my experience in Barcelona, I can tell you that yes, Latinas are the most common escorts, both in agencies and as independent sex workers.
