Actually, LordBastian's reply was accurate if we're talking about the Coyote girls working at places like Coyboy2 Bar on Soi Cowboy and a few others. Spend one night at Soi Cowboy and one night at Nana Plaza. Choose a hotel in between (they are 25-30 minutes walking distance from one another) and you can actually go back and forth each night if desired. It also allows you to visit Thermae, various after-hours clubs, BJ bars, etc. Very easily. This is a highly trafficked tourist area as well so good for a comfortable layover.
