I don't find girls have any problem drinking beers, mixed drinks in the room, even if I am not taking alcohol. I may take an extremely small amount. I can have a drink but just not actually drink much of it and drink soft instead. I don't really drink beer at all. Not only that, I rarely drink anything including a lot of sugar, so avoid "fruit juices". So leaves only a few options.

Newbie hesitant girls can work out very badly. Can have no skills and completely scared. Its a big risk. Best for her to have 2 or 3 drinks (leg openers) to see if she gets a little less hesitant. I am not much of a drinker. I have never cared for the taste of alcohol or the loss of self control it can bring, so I just don't do it much at all. But I read the reports of you guys who bring the women back to your hotel and you drink it up to fun times. I have brought back women, but no booze outside of the bar and I am wondering if I need to be offering them something to drink? Beside water! Haha. Keep a few cans of imported beer in your fridge and you will do fine. Either ask the hotel to empty the fridge and fill it with your 7-11 supplies (mind the restricted sale times for alcohol) or pay the drinks at hotel rates. The second option will limit the choices and quanties as the fridge is filled with lots of "useless" drinks.

Your own selection might be more efficient and last longer (an open can of beer doesn't get drank as a whole as quickly become s warm.

Maybe a small bottle (1/2 LT) of sangsom to mix with coke can be a plus.

There is no venue regularly offering such parties, as far as I know. Thai authorities take a dim view of this, and have busted a few gangbang events in the past (don't ask me why, it makes no sense to me either).
