Tried the street girls near the Backpacker area and Apo. 700.000 to 1. 000.000 plus 200.000 if you need a short time room. There were some cute girls in both areas, but they were super cutthroat and down to business. Promises of one hour, good service, etc. , all lies. The girls will tell you everything is extra, they don't get much of the money, and ask you for tips. They'll also expect you to finish in 10 minutes. One girl was on the phone with her next customer while we were mid coitus. She told the guy she would be there in 10 minutes, 5 minutes into our session. Yes, some of the girls look amazing (20 years old, great tits, slim, etc.) but they're all ruthless.

Having been to Makati, Bangkok, and Pattaya in the last few weeks, HCMC was the worst and most difficult place to find girls. I would not recommend HCMC (VISA required, girls not allowed in hotels, English not really spoken, traffic, air pollution, hard to find girls, and worst service). HCMC definitely has some very beautiful girls, but I'd recommend a visit to Pattaya instead. The only thing easy about HCMC was getting a he or BJ, but both are high volume so be ready to be the 10th guy that girl has serviced. If you must have a hot Vietnamese girl, I suggest Singapore and the Geylang. Almost the same price, but way better service since the "papa" is right there to field any complaints.

I agree, HCMC is subpar for finding full service, especially compared to Pattaya. I did enjoy my visit, but I had 5 weeks to split between Thailand and Vietnam. The Backpacker / Bui Vien Street tourist area is interesting, but full service is tougher to find. If I had only a week or two, I would not waste my time in Vietnam unless I had lots of contacts and experience there. Plus there is the Visa issue, as mentioned. If your goal is to have a lot of full service with a lot of different girls, then do not waste your limited vacation time there on a first visit. A lot of the girls will flat out not go back to the hotel with you. In salon service only.

Not the safest option but did not get any negative vibes from them. The aircon did not work at all and had roaches in it. No elevator either. A true shithole.

I unfortunately had to pay upfront the whole sum to the pimp who was excited beyond belief. This girl is probably lucky to get 300000 VND from local guys. Her attitude soured quickly after the door was shut.

I had WeChat loaded on my phone during one of my last visits, lots of contacts and finally relented and it was the perfect bait and switch. I have an upcoming trip. I emailed central hotels, right on Bui Vien, asking what their guest policy was and I wish that I saved the response. It said something like most hotels allow Viet girls to visit rooms and they are no different. They said that if it was just me and a guest, there was no fee but there is a fee for a 3rd person. These hotels seem nice but are not necessarily in the business area of things. I'll report back I'd I have trouble.

I stayed in 3 different hotels near Bui Vien, the A25 which is a large commercial style hotel, and two smaller family run hotels, the Phuc Lin and Hotel Titi. All of them allowed guests to the room. A few times I had 2 girls at once without any issues. I would say that from my experience that most hotels near Bui Vien allow guests, especially for the single, male tourist. I did speak with one Viet owner of a small family style hotel that said he did not allow Viet girls but foreign girls were allowed. He catered mostly to the backpacker set with dorm style rooms. I don't like paying fees for guests, but if I have to pay a small fee, by my standards, then I have no problem if there is opportunity for a nice threesome.
