I'm an every-few-years hobbyist, which is reflected in my limited posting history (a few US reviews). I get the drill don't ask if you don't plan to contribute, and don't ask questions that could tip off LE. With that in mind, I'll be in Abu Dhabi shortly and had a few logistical questions that I think would benefit any visitor but also wouldn't reveal any secrets that would spoil anything for anyone.

(1) I'm not sure I'll have energy for nightclubs, and I do like a massage, so the AMP route may work best. I've perused many pages here and it sounds like windshield cards are maybe the best source of info. But for a visitor without a car, is there another way to procure these cards, or a part of town where they're easy to find?

(2) Do you typically need to call ahead for an AMP or is drop-in fine?

(3) Is there any local etiquette for signaling to your masseuse that you'll be interested in extras, or is it pretty much assumed if you're there?

(4) If by some chance you do meet a girl at a club or on the street, is it typical to pay for taxi fare on top of the negotiated rate or is that on them? (I'll be staying near the western end of the Corniche, so not in the heart of the action).
