It's impossible. Nobody can get inside the Vatican without a permission, so working inside (if possible) would be pointless,. Only few selected people are permitted to live inside the Vatican and usually they are Swiss Guards and priests.

Well all depends on what you are looking for: for high class home working girls I would say Prati, for AMPS or Asian home working girls then Termini Station area, for street workers then I would suggest the area around Eur.
