So I've been reading the thread as I will be in Dubai for 3 nights (Wednesday to Friday) in May and in Abu Dhabi 1 night (Saturday). This will be my first opportunity to meet some of the fine women you all talk about. I have some really basic questions and I hope someone would be willing to send me a private message.

1) What do you all mean by registering a guest? Do I need to make my hotel reservation for two, or do any guest just need to provide ID when they come in?

2) My preference is to stay downtown near the Mall. Can anyone make hotel recommendations? When I search the thread I am apparently not searching the right words or area.

3) Can anyone recommend an accommodating girl? For either a couple of hours or for an overnight?

I'm well traveled, but when it comes to finding women overseas, I am totally naive and have no idea what I am doing as I have never hired a women outside the USA I can offer you details on women in Chicago. But outside my home city I am totally clueless.

Install Google Chrome. Use extension called Browsec.

I usually use Witopia. I've never had any problems with it when I'm in UAE.

You have to keep trying. Operators upgraded there system to block VPNs. If they can block a new VPN they simply throttle the speed allocated to you even with 100 Mbps speed to force the connection to restart.

Hey fellas,

Since apparently there is no "Travel Announcement" thread in the UAE section of ISG, I guess I'll have to announce my travel plans in this thread.

Barring any unforeseen circumstances, I will be visiting the UAE in mid-February 2018. The plan is to do the tourism thing during the day and monger at night. I'll be in DXB and AUH for about a handful of days each.

Thanks to all of the ISG members who have reported on these hotels and verified their "green" status. If you're dragging your feet and putting off making a reservation for Arabian Courtyard for 2018, don't wait. When I selected my dates of stay for February, there were less than a handful of rooms available for each of their four room types, so it looks like the hotel is filling up fast.

I'll be RTFF from now through early February. If any questions come to mind that I don't see answered in the forums, I'll be sure to ask them here. And, of course, a full trip report will be written upon my return. Thanks again for the hotel and trip reports, and keep them coming, please.

Had recently visited dubai for some official work and was put up in one of the 5 star hotels.

Was surprised to see some good looking girls living in the hotel. Evenings were pleasing to the eye. Chatted up a Turkish female who first asked 1000 dirhams for herself but negotiated well at 1000 dirhams for two of them in their room. Had a good three hours pleasure. They were from Turkey and are living in the same hotel since last one month.

Will write some other reports on the AMP thread. Happy mongering.
