Nice post, spot on. I think Germany is a better bang for the buck, especially if you add in Travel Expenses. Kiev is a long term game, but I just do not think it is worth the money and energy any more. I just got back from a successful trip to Moscow. Amazing experience hot girls every where, unlike Ukraine, were they are just not accessible or not even in the country currently and I do not see this changing anytime soon, if ever.
