AOPA (I imagine I'm the first person quoting AOPA on this site) says that if you fly over 80 hours a year, on average it cost more to rent. But there are a lot of variables include the plane, how much maintenance you can do on your own, and where you keep it. I fly about 100. My experience is that is break even is closer to the 100 I fly. But owning is much more flexible and enjoyable than renting so even at a wash, I greatly prefer to own.

The big problem for me with renting, is minimum daily hours for taking a plane for a period of time.

If I want to do a 3 day weekend, they typically want 12 hours. Which means I am flying, not having time somewhere.

Viagra patent expired several years ago. Mean copies or generics are officially available through big pharma and FDA approved. It does not impact on whether you need a prescription. That is a separate process. It just means Viagra and generic prices will drop really low.

Some pharmas now insist on a prescription (called an Rx in the Philippines) but check your PMs and messages for some details. Generics as Bushes says work well so those are more available.

I don't use either. There are generic versions that work just as well at a much lower price. I get my drugs at Mercury. I would just get a generic there. If you are worried, it is best to get in your home country with a physician's okay. There are consequences. It is kind of like a physical before playing a team sport. LOL

Spent the first few nights in the Philippines in Makati. Stayed at the Garden City Grand Hotel and can recommend it. By the way please forgive the typos I'm typing this on my phone. Before leaving for the Philippines, I upgraded on Tinder so I could set my location as Manila. Have lots of interesting bites and nibbles and invested a lot of time writing with a lot of girls but nothing that converted. One girl who seemed really sweet and a bit high-class had lunch with me, she said she was going to go to Angeles with me, but texted me shortly thereafter that she was going to back out. In any case saw two girls while in Makati both referrals from a friend on ISG. First girl was a really good looking Philippine Japanese mix who gave me okay service. Second girl was pure Filipina, not nearly as good looking but man she wiped the floor with me. Kind of goes to that dilemma doesn't it but the best looking girls often are not the best Lays. Didn't stay up late at night to hit any of the night spots I was just too jet-lagged. For those two appointments did an awful lot of texting and setting up appointments that were not kept, exactly as reported by call sign papa. Now off the Angeles, if anyone is in town and wants to hang let me know.
