I've been in Kiev many times, but not purposely for mongering. Dolls, GIA, some indys on case-to-case base. Various experience. Usually I monger in Frankfurt FKK and happy with that. But haven't found any recommendations. Indeed more agencies aiming foreigners exist. And it is not hard to find them. Just go to backpage or kiev.cracker, which is the same. Copy phone numbers and paste into Excel...

Practical vs. Theoretical indeed! Used the same approach at ukrgo.com, kievlady.com, minuet.biz. And the result was similar: agencies are easy to identify either on a piece of paper or via Excel entries with identical phone numbers. After that real photos were sent to me via Viber, 70 USD, 35 minutes or so to the door, and long list of candidates wearing high heels and provocative lingerie any time of the day or night. They started with few ugly girls to see how drunk and insensitive I am, but that was relatively easy to fix.

When I switched between the agencies back and forth, the consolidator above them explained, that the source (underlying girls bases throughout the city) is the same. So, agencies talk to each other, perhaps asking for favors, borrowing "resources" and such.

Copy phone numbers and paste into Excel. Bring all the phone numbers to the same, format, sort them, highlight duplications and see what numbers repeat many times for the different girls. I dug five phone numbers. Contacted one via Viber text and got real photos of the girls available now. As you pick the girl, they send you the list of services and price. The girl I picked was at my place in 35 min due to traffic. Definitely, she was the girl from the picture, just a bit heavier than I expected, but young and sweet. $70 USD / HR, $130/2 hrs, $180/3 hrs, $400 night (7 hrs or so). DFK + $20, BBBJ +$30. Let's say I am a middle aged global traveller with $200-500 a day budget including lodging, decent healthy food, good concert or theatre tickets, and them nice looking, eagerly accommodating ladies, following my every desire.

IMO today's Kiev mostly matches the above requirements (90% of the time). $60-120/ night for a great apartment, minimal expense for cab rides / metro-underground subway, very good food at any price level, entertainment at $5-20 a seat, and ever changing young beauties somehow still presenting themselves at the rate, requiring thoughtful scheduling to avoid overload, and not to commit mistakes by missing the best ones willing and waiting.

Now, with visa-free travel, there are unavoidable changes. There's an opinion the well is already drying up.

That begs the question: what should the Poor Jew (or German, or American, or Turk, or French.) do next? Where to go? What is substantially better today and going forward?

Thailand? Never been, somehow not interested.

Brazil? Closely reminiscent of Kiev. Very good. Twice as expensive as Kiev in all aspects. I was not affected by crime, but have heard multiple stories, and it is there, very close for sure.

Germany? Not interested in FKK drive-through services.

Costa Rica? Somewhat comparable in girls attitude. Infrastructure underdeveloped. Very enjoyable. Cannot forget.

DR, Cuba, Jamaica. Perhaps similar, but not decidedly better than Costa Rica.

Russia? No way. Yes, it is advertised repeatedly here.
