For my third night in HCM, I opted for a more relax scene instead of loud pumping music at a club. 1) Stay in District 1. We stayed in Banh Minh which is about a 15 minute taxi ride. That doesn't sound a lot and taxis are cheap but given we spent 90% of our time in D1 we could have avoided a lot of unnecessary journeys. D1 is where all the bars and restaurants are.

3) Walking street (Bui Vien) is loud and crazy on weekends, a perfect place to hang out. 99% Sure this is not going to happen. I've seen posts like this before on the expat facebook page. I don't understand why people assume that Vietnam is like Phil or Thailand when it comes to threesomes.
