On Rosszlanyok there is a filter for language, but it's not obvious. On any listing there is a box at the top with some check boxes to filter the list. In the bottom right corner is "More", click on that and some additional filters, including language, will appear.

Yes there is search option for languages too. And yes girls with english flag but still speaking only few words of it. That usually means girl will accept english speaking foreigners too but when calling there is someone else who can speak english in phone. From reading the forum there are two main reasons why it is advised to stay away from most escort companies. The first being a lot have fake pictures, the second is they cost twice as much as the girls you will find on Rosslanyok because the service takes a cut.
