As a fellow non cyrillic reader, I would suggest you spend the next few weeks getting used to using Google Translate or any other translation app. I have learnt to cut and paste the translation as fast as possible so text communication is not an issue. I try to be honest as well, as some ladies may not like a foreign tongue. Or read.

That said, once you get them in the room, sign language is pretty universal but always expect certain restrictions on speed of understanding and GFE. Most are eager to please so its up to your chemistry.

Chill. The chance of getting HIV infected during a single unprotected encounter is only around 1/3000 even if she is HIV positive.
