In the name of research I stopped by at the 'Sex Party' in Bar Frivol / Club Frivol on Steindamm. There is supposed to be a swingers party here but there are several parts to this seedy group of shops including dvds, sex toys, a gay cruising area and a hetero Bar with a sign outside saying sex party between 12-18. I got myself out to Flat 99 last week hoping for a cheap root but made the big mistake of arriving when they opened at 2 pm. It looks like a seedy nightclub which means that in the daytime it looks totally trashy. And it is a long way out from central Hamburg! There is a train from central but you need to make sure you get the right one as some services do not stop at Tonndorf. Then you have a longish walk through semi-industrial residential suburban streets and Flat 99 is at the back of an office with a car repair place underneath. This is a joint for factory workers. Typical prices are in the range of 120 to 150 for 1 h. I generally don't pay more than 150 unless I know the girl and she has great service. You can negotiate depending on the level of services you are after, but don't expect anything less than 100 per hour.

Most girls accept walk ins, but calling ahead and letting her know someone is coming is just good form and will confirm the girl is actually working and available for you. Many will speak English.

New prostitution laws in Germany make it illegal to request any kind of services, including oral, without a condom, so don't be surprised if natural BJ service is not offered or actively refused.

Stay away from the Reperbahn. Ripoff central. But I have always been happy with the girls from modelle-Hamburg. Check out kaufmich (dot) com as well.

Flat means flat rate. Until 01.07. 2017 there were Wednesday for 99 Euro flat-rate sex. Due to the new German prostitution law, flat-rate-sex is now banned and no longer offered.
