I recommend go to places like Yin and Yang in Village mall in Jumeirah or Aroma in Oud metha / business bay. The massage is top class and you will feel better. In village mall ask the Chinese therapist to use Tiger balm.

I usually go to TCM place in Al Barsha, near MOE. It is clean and therapist are properly trained. No funny business or "extras" only nice massage.

I would recommend to see an osteopath, let me know if you need a reference. Actually sometimes massage might be bad for you. I noticed that when getting my back cracked by masseur in AMPS I would develop some back and spine pain a while after and needed my osteopath to fix it (O: what happened to you? How did you hurt your back Me: err. I guess I moved a few things around in my home over the week end O: that's the third or four time that this happened to you.).
