You're right that the black girls in Moscow are cheaper. Also their agent / dispatcher will speak English and this is rare in Moscow. When I'm having trouble getting a girl (or at least dispatcher) to understand me, I go black. I tried many until.

I have never seen FKK outside of Germany and did not have luck figuring out the sauna scene in Russia.
