I have never seen this. The security is very aggressive and almost bullying in HiSo. They give alot of hard stares at people. They are probably worried due to past violence etc.

But anyway, I doubt HiSo is getting rich from the small cover charge or the few drinks they sell. Seems like most are nursing drinks, unless generous mongers are buying. It was a long time ago. Probably close to 10 years now and I haven't been back since. From recent posts, AC seems to have changed considerably since then.

It was at the tail end of the night so the girls were imports from other bars and everyone was pretty well lubricated by the time we arrived at HiSo.

Kiss & Music Lounge is out on the Perimeter near the bars like After School. After going through 3 other bars, some with only 3 dancers, some with very little quality, I happened into this place. It wouldn't be officially 'endorced' by HiSo management. It is just a bungalow that is rented. What goes on in there is unknown to the management. And if they police complained, if you are renting out a vip bungalow for 5000+ a night, then they can grease the police palms.

The occupants can have bottle service so they have all the booze they need. Then they can lock the door and staff will be kept out. Its just like Kareoke places in Manila: you can lock the door, they have one way glass on the door, and you call the staff when you need service, else they don't show up. You could easily bang a chick in the Kareoke rooms. You could almost bang a chick in the bungalows at Aqua if you had a few other mongers and / or girls sitting around to block other's view as there arent doors on the bungalows.

It would be a huge money maker and lotsa fun for the mongers at HiSo. I don't think that these governments give a flying fig about the sexual needs of their male population. Take China for example where the best sex destination on the planet (pre-2014 Chang Ping) was shut down completely and they are cracking down on prostitution in all other cities.
