Walking across the pedestrian bridge is quite safe during the daytime when it is still daylight. I cross all the time during the day and have not had any problems. Went down to Tijuana Saturday afternoon Apr 21st for some R&R. Parked behind Jack in the Crack, $12 for 8 hours weekend rate. Parking lot was full so I had to wait a few minutes to get a spot. Exchanged dollars for pesos near the McDonald's and trolley station. Rate was a little over 17 pesos per dollar. Walked across the border no problem. I've never asked to see a SG's health card, but I've still seen a couple of them. Once, maybe both times, the chica wanted to show me her real name.

As a gambler you should know that nothing is guaranteed. Health Cards mean squat when you can easily pick up an STD that hasn't yet incubated or has been acquired in-between check up's. BG's and Escorts get clients with more money. This means they have the means to pay for extra services or travel to foreign countries like Asia where STD's flourish like opium poppy.

No sex is risk free. This has been discussed too many times on here.

Sorry I don't contribute much. I live super far away and almost never get to Tijuana.

I had some time during a trip for a quick visit last week, Wednesday. I was there at 10:15 am, and found Yami near the Ibiza hotel on the east end of the Alley.
