Below is an extract is from a US Department of Health publication. No where does it say that this "will be like an aggressive form of cancer" which will require your dick to be chopped off and your prostate to be removed.

Less than a year ago there were only about four new antibiotics undergoing clinical trials for the treatment of the super gonorrhoea. Since only 1 in 5 drugs for treating infectious diseases that undergo human testing makes it through final approval for treating patients, the odds of a new effective antibiotic coming on the market in the near future are not good. The best strategy is to avoid the super gonorrhoea infecting one's cock in the first place.

I'm only used to the beggars in Thailand and they are not so bad as they tend to sit there and just hold out the cup. I know some of those street hawkers can get annoying but I don't hang out where they congregate. I have not come across kids following me around and begging either.

You will be fine when you walk over to SM. It's not like the place is crawling with beggars. About 80 or 90 percent of them are women with kids roaming around Fields all day long. You will see the same faces over and over again. They can be quite persistant and you might have to learn how to deal with them but the best way is not to give them any money. First of all because they are most likely forced by their husbands or other men to go out begging and second: when you give them money each time they come to you, they will start to remember you after a while and then it gets really hard to get rid of them.

The remaining 10 or 20 percent are elderly people, disabled people, tramps and kids (the latter not accompanied by an adult). Depending on my mood and the change I have in my wallet I give them some money sometimes. Or I buy them some food, in particular the kids.
