Hi guys,

I've been using this website a lot to gather information in the last months. I visited Madrid a lot in the last couple of years, and realized slowly that is a quiet capital of sex. I have been reading a lot, but never had the guts to go (or the money).

Finally, last night, I decided to try the Factory Air Show next to the airport. My hotel was near by, and I read overall OK reviews about the place.

When reading, you must remember that I am a rookie, with almost no reference for comparison.

I went on Sunday night, arrived around 23:00. It was pretty slow, which suited me. Several guys and girls. The moment I sat on the bar, the first girl arrived. I explained that I am not interested, and only came for a few drinks. Maybe later, I will change my mind..

By midnight, more girls (and guys) showed up. The bartender told me that it gets busier later on, but since it is a Sunday night, it will not be that busy. A few more girls approached me, but I kept saying I am not interested, and they left. They were not pushy at all, which I appreciated a lot. Most girls were around 6-8.

At some point a sexy Romanian lady (A) approached me. I was already after a few drinks, and she was definitely an 8+. Stirling, 400 E sounds like a good deal for 3 hours. There is always hard to talk about value, as each man has different taste, but I see your angle and would probably have done exactly the same. And regarding aggressive girls in Vive, been there. Done that. And I hate it. (that behaviour will be the death of that club, as it annoys and scares away customers.).

Best strategy to avoid part of this pestering in Vive, is to go straight up to the bar, and have your drink at the bar. From here you can watch the girls on the other side, and as the girls move around, you will see most of them and at the same time avoid the mess of trying to walk around in the club.

Seriously, if the management don't start to care about pissed off customers, there will be many other clubs in Madrid that gladly will accept the customers money instead.

I went in with the intel from this site. When the girl started out with 500 euros for an hour and a half, I came back with 250 euros for two hours. She said the minimum most girls at Pigmalion would accept was 300 euros. I was prepared to go to 300 euros for two hours, especially if that was going to include anal. But then when she came back and said she wanted 500 euros just to do anal, well the hell with that! And I just didn't feel like going through these "negotiations" with every single tute I spoke to in there asking for such stupid money. In essence, I'm not 100% forthcoming with the talent. That is, I tell them I come to Madrid (or insert your city) and that I've frequented the establishment many many times. Essentially I let them believe that I know the score and the prices whether It's true or not. I rarely get them trying to upsell me like a tourist or newbie. I travel a lot and the approach seems to work where ever I go. I'm afraid to spend the going rate, whatever that might be, but Don't want to be taken advantage of just because I'm a first timer in their neighborhood.

To be fair, we only visited Vive one night. It was certainly packed. My issue was the aggressive nature of the girls. I like to scan a room, find someone I'm potentially interested in and approach her. That was impossible at Vive. Within 10 sec of one girl leaving my side there was another in my face. What's your name, where are you from. Where are you staying. Will you buy me a drink. No thank you. At least the girls at Pigmalion hold a respectable distance until you wave them over. In any event, to each his own. Both clubs will appeal to different people, nothing wrong with that.

I agree that the Pigmalion girls wanted stupid money up front, but thanks to previous posters I knew what I could get away with. Wife and I went to Vive a few weeks ago. Doorman was definitely confused, but we confidently strolled up to coat check like we knew what we were doing and made it in fine. We were packing light and I was definitely under dressed in a fitted t-shirt, jeans, and sneakers. I could see this possibly being a problem if they are looking for a reason to keep people out. Club was 100% Romanian and Brazilian, if you were looking for a local this isn't the place.

The wife was interested in one of the Brazilians after seeing her on the once every 30 minutes dance show, but she didn't speak any English so we passed. We eventually found a petite Romanian named Anya who spoke English and we both thought was cute. It was her first time with a couple, so she wasn't sure how it would work with payment. When she went to the desk for the room we did end up having to pay double for the same amount of time, so it wasn't the most economical choice. I had planned on that being a possibility and wasn't bothered. She was fun and enthusiastic in the room with both of us, the only negative would be it was a CBJ for me, which I know is a big deal for some.

You're not going to get "more better" just because they try to hold themselves out as "a cut above" and come at you with stupid high prices as a result, including for things like alcoholic drinks. It's a no thank you for me! And I happen to be somebody who spends big compared to most of the guys who write in these forums (at least based on what they reveal), so this is not coming from a "cheap Charlie" either. I like value for my money, and I don't see that at a place like Pigmalion in general.
