First time in Cebu but been in ISG for quiet some time.

Arrived to Cebu late night around midnight and luckily before arrival made a friend via Wechat while I was working in Boracay. What do you know, she is around and needs some company. I had never been to Cebu, but heard plenty about it, so started a plan about 5 months out. I was going to do what some of the Viet vet flyboys called 'a bombing run. No there are no poker room in any of the 2 Waterfront casinos in Cebu.

There Is a Private casino in Mactan that caters to Asians and require a passport for entry called the The Palace Casino but I'm not aware of any poker rooms or games there. Mainly Baccarat.
