OK. Thai Corner is the only freelancer bar I know of, if anyone else knows others I would really like to know. If you have not been to Thai Corner beware it is a bit shady and I suspect not all girls are girls there. I have never tipped in that way, just an agreed price. Yes Copenhagen sauna club is worth a visit, at least for me. Their concept is simple meet up, choose one of the girls for jacuzzi and bed. They have 5 hostesses now and the girls are mixed (not all Scandinavian).
