2/ I spent way too much on Lady drinks in agogos. If you find your lady pay the fine and get out of there. It is cheaper for you to pay the pre midnight fine and go then to occupy her with LDs until later because you will spend more on drinks for her, her friends and Mamasan. If you want to drink and party before you go back go to a bar but don't go to where her friends work because again you are under pressure to buys drinks.

Hi Guys.

I have just returned back from second visit to Pattaya I want to pass on some advise to new comers that will save you time and money and hopefully and give the best ROI.

1/ Go for you TF, Tinder and other online girls but video chat first and if they are hesitant to show their figure be careful, I met 6 TF girls and 3 were using old photos and had gained weight.

Don't get caught up in proximity to Walking Street because that is only a fraction of the where the action is. Read the forum and find a classy hotel close to all of the main areas remembering the Baht buses are your friend around the Beach Road and Second Road circuits and the Motor Taxis give you access to Jontiem and LK Metro etc.

5/ Planning. LOL plan to have fun and have an idea of what you want to do but this is Pattaya and plans can go out the window in a heartbeat. I told one girl I wanted to meet her for dinner and sex 2 weeks before with a specific time and date and no problem for her. 5 minutes before we were to meet I get a message that she is working until 11 pm in a job she always works until 11 pm every Tuesday!! Don't wait for these girls, when they say 10 minutes it means 20 to 30 minutes and keep in touch every 10 minutes asking where are they and do so by video chat. If they don't respond move to your next girl, you are here for you not them.

6/ Getting attached. In my first trip I never repeated. This trip I did repeat on 5 occasions with little regret. One girl I saw 3 times and that got messy. On the 3rd time she didn't want to leave the room and was repeatedly sending me messages as to my where abouts and activities. She had that night off so the messages were annoying. I went to the Agogo where she worked to repeat with one of the other girls there and before I had left the bar the hate mail was hitting inbox. So in summary find a good mix of girls in Pattaya as that will give you 24 hour access and variety. Check on line girls for current pics. Enjoy the multiple sex options available to you and a good option for threesomes is Kinnaree, I had 2 there, instead on paying 2 barfines and excessive prices from agogo girls. Stay somewhere nice for comfort, accessibility, girl friendly, wife video call friendly and affordability. Remember your transport options, don't stay around Walking Street and Soi 6 when for 50 to 100 Baht you can get a motor taxi. Use Google Earth to explore before you go. Plan not to over plan! If one option falls through there will be 5 to replace.

Towards the end I was blowing dust but with the help of vitamin V and knowing after only 5 days of surviving on minimum sleep I can rest at home. The saving grace is that my wife started her period the day before I got home so I get some respite. LOL.

I would like to know about the LT and ST price at Gogo Bar and Beer Bar in Pattaya as I am the newbie here.

It depends on you, the girl, and the bar. There's a lot of variation. For example you can find a girl in a bar like Heaven Above who might do a short time in the hotel right next door for 1000 Baht. Or you might walk over to a bar like Palace where one of the so called "models" on stage will ask for a 3000 Baht barfine and another 3000 for herself for the same kind of activity! At the same time there are girls working in some of these expensive go go bars that will go bang a guy after work for as little as 500 Baht or even for free, believe it or not.

A lot new guys with little experience seem to get hit with the highest quotes, and from what I've seen they usually pay them too. That's what those cards with "5000 Baht" or whatever written on them that some of the aggressive mamasans carry around are for.

Generally confused by this thread. Is this "pay first" a Pattaya thing or with a certain dollar value girls? When I've done takeout from the gogos in Bangkok or Phuket you pay the barfine with your drinks but Never pay the girl till afterward. In what situation is it OK / required to pay up front?

You have indeed read posters here and you will occasionally read in the Bangkok thread that a punter "unwisely paid the mamasan the full amount in advance" in reference to Pattaya and/or Bangkok go-go bars. Speaking mostly for Bangkok since I rarely partake of Pattaya go-go bars anymore, I don't know of any Bangkok go-go bars where the so-called "official" method is to pay the mamasan the full amount agreed upon by the girl upfront instead of paying the girl directly afterwards. But it is definitely tried many, many times in the go-go bars here in Bangkok these days. It is up to the girl and the mamasan if they want to try to pull that little trick.

And it isn't just with newbies. In some cases, the mamasan will even have a handwritten post card size note with "ST = 3000, LT = 5000" prices written on it and then she'll stick out her palm as though everyone does it this way. LOL. You can assume at least 500 baht of that if not 1,000 baht of it will stay in that mamasan's pocket and the remainder going to the girl at some point. The girl might or might not be a pro-active participant in this little scam. It could be that she just doesn't want to rock the boat by cutting the mamasan out of the rewards for trying it. But if you politely refuse to be scammed this way, your girl will generally not fight on the mamasan's behalf. She'll just go with your decision. Generally. If my chosen girl ever did fight on the mamasan's behalf for such a thing, I would bail out of that deal asap. And probably out of that bar.

I just look at the paper or hear their little pitch about paying all of it "upfront", smile, shake my head no and then take that as my cue to wave off the mamasan, talk discretely with the girl about the money, how much I will pay her and for what, all subjects we might not have talked about at all had it not been for the mamasan interjecting her outstretched palm and that silly rate card. And I have never agreed to the amounts listed or mentioned by a mamasan just because she said so or because it was handwritten on a piece of paper.

To try to put a more benign face on this issue, perhaps some go-go bar mamasans do this at the girl's request because the girl just doesn't have the confidence or language skills to "negotiate" or merely ask for a certain amount of money for her time, it goes unsaid upfront or any other time and she has wound up getting 500 baht or some such nonsense from a few customers even after giving it her best. That is possible in some cases I suppose.

Went out after that for another smoke to find my friend having a beer, his lady asleep still. I described my experiences to him, so when he said he wanted to have a go with my lady I understood. I went back to my room and asked her plainly if she was okay if my friend joined her for a bit. She was clearly tired but bless her, she agreed. Lots of discos obviously targeting just Indians. An annoying byproduct of this- random Indian guys looking to get you into these clubs feel no compunction in physically stopping and trying to pull you into the clubs if you're Indian. They'll start speaking in Hindi, put their arms around you, and if you're from Delhi / Gurgaon etc. They seem to find nothing wrong in doing this. Obviously, you won't find them doing this to non-Indians,.

I am American and they do me the same way. Not really annoying to me because I am usually going there anyway. And I always bring ear plugs to the discos.
