I am in Angeles four months a year. The price there are out of control. Blame it on the Korean. They come down on a three or four hour flight right into Angeles. They do not care what they pay. It likes going to Vegas for the weekend. They are in town 2 to 3 days.

The going rate in a bar (old school dance in bathing suit on stage) now is 3000/3500 p for long time but might be short time. Plus 500 to 1000 p tip plus one or two lady drinks 300 p each. So 3800 to 5200 p for hopefully over night. Might be short time. It is 52 p to US dollar. So Philippine peso is almost same in conversion at DR peso. $75 to $100 US.

So you are right. Sosua is awesome bang for your buck plus you do not have travel 25 hours to go from door to door.

I get most of my girls out of the disco for 1500 p (short time) plus 100 for trike. Occasional buy a drink. Plus 1000 p to 1500 for short time bars.

I am in Manila right now. Matter of fact, just came in from LA Cafe. Only problem is that some of the amounts you mention are purely voluntary. It is not mandatory to buy any ladies a drink. Also in Angeles it is not mandatory to give any tips above the bar fine as it is in Manila (because the girl's payment is half of the bar fine), yet you are handing out $19 tips. And the bar fine is the same price whether long time or short time. It seems you are the one shorting yourself by spending $75 to $100 for short time when you could be spending only $52 for long time.

I get my chicks from High Society Disco as well as WeChat and Tinder for 1000 Philippine pesos to 1500 Philippine pesos ($19-$28) long time. It is your money but there really is not a reason to give them $30 for short time, especially since you spend way more time in the city than I do. This tells me that the Koreans are not the ones to blame. Also in the bars I pay the girls after and not before. Everyone knows what is liable to happen if you pay someone before the work is done.

When I first started going to Sosua it was 1000 pesos long time for a chick. Now you see reports mentioning guys shelling out 3000 pesos for short time. If I am not mistaken, there are no Koreans in Sosua to blame this one on.

Given the current conditions on the main drag, I personally would say not a chance. The powers that be want things off of the streets, yet they closed Passions and CMP which were out of limelight and way down the street where there were no problems.

I have never known shit like that to revert. When it is gone then it is gone. But guys will continue to ask in various threads if their old hooker spot such and such in whatever country has made a return. The only yes I have ever seen was a Help knockoff that sprung up in Rio a couple of years ago and that was top of the line bullshit and was only open for all of 2 weeks. Can't go back. Given the current conditions on the main drag, I personally would say not a chance. The powers that be want things off of the streets, yet they closed Passions and CMP which were out of limelight and way down the street where there were no problems. They were behind closed doors and private to boot. Tis' legal yes, however it's the 3rd party thing that is the issue. That IS illegal. So unless they changed the rules I doubt very seriously that it is reopening. I would love to see them come back but I feel it is just wishful thinking at this point. I will check for myself next week when I return to paradise.

I do not live in the DR but have been visiting for many years. I have relationships that go back 8 years. Many DR men and women can not find work Putas or not. AS an ex pimp you know hoeing is a young woman game.

So when a puta gets in her 30's the jig is up. AS for WRX assertions of the good life the average DR chica is living I say BS. I have seen my share and the template. I sse is 2 kids by 22 with no baby daddy to help. If lucky enough to have a job less then $200 a month. With all expences you talking a tight budget. Most have no money or much time to go out. The places they live in are dismal at best. It is a struggle to pay all the bills and eat. It goes without saying that we all all have different experiences with DR chicas, and, actually, women in general.

Mongers tend to come to Sosua from many different cultures, and are of different ages and economic backgrounds, at different stages of their life, with different expectations, and seek different things in women. It's all good!

Some like the young, hot and the restless, some like to be in the center of bidding market at 2 am Classico, and some like to be in bed by 10 after sharing a home cooked meal with a more relaxed, mature babe.

It's just that you don't know what else they got going on. My point is. Your experience is YOUR experience. O K, I see you missed the point entirely, and also threw in a fallacious statement about some assertions I supposedly said. YOUR experience is not in dispute. It's your assignment of how others supposedly think. If there is anything to dispute it's your contrived projection and assignment of how those women supposedly think / feel about you and your assumption that their lives are boring.

In other words, what you garner from your experience and the reasons for the behavior of the women may be totally different than the reasons you assigned to them. You said they were happy to see you because of their boring lives. But that's projection on your part because of YOUR experience, not necessarily their experience. The same way you assigned wrongly that I supposedly made assertions of DR chicas living the good life, I'm seeing a flaw in your reasoning and in your assessment of assigning those womens reasons for being happy to see you. How do you know how boring their lives are if you do not live with them, and don't know what they are doing every moment of the week, month or year? Besides, boring to a local may be bliss. I have been very fortunate to have two long relationships with regulars, a 7 year one, and this new 1 year one.

It works well for me, but I have met a lot of expats in business around Sosua, who have tried to set up housekeeping with a local, even had babies with them, but all of them have broken up, or are going through living hell at the moment, and want to talk about it. The kids are either with the guy, or her family. Not one success story!

This was really surprising to me, given that these guys are long time residents, businessmen, and know the scene as well as anybody.

We sit and talk and I hear the standard complaints about lack of freedom, they want to know where he is at all times. Constant demands to support their familes, and attitude!

The common thread is that once they commit, they give over half their life and half their assets to the chica, who takes it for granted, and doesn't feel the need to show her thanks, by making the dude happy. A couple of guys told me they even sleep in separate bedrooms.

It's a learning experience, because at one time early on, I flirted with the idea of settling down with my regular. As It turns out, I'm glad I didn't.

So my current relationship is now casual, she comes in by invitation on the weekends, or special occasions. She is happy to take what I give her, and I obviously I make it worth her while but the money I give is hers, and I am under no obligation to support her, her child, her family.
