You probably are heading big disappointment. If her normal webpage and phone number is not working she most likely is not working any more, just temporarily or forever. And no agency will change that, instead you just invite someone (agency) trying to scam your money. Quick googling I found one agency (initials SC) which is listing Sharon Pink and that site is well known to be less than honest.
