You are not required to buy the girl a drink before going to the room, but it is something that you can choose to do, to treat the girl you're about to have sex with. Most of the girls will ask for a drink, but they won't leave immediately if you say no. And I've never experienced a bad service as a result of not buying the girl a drink she wanted. I suppose if you would rather pay the 90 entry fee in order to not consume anything other than the girls, than sex bars might not be for you.

Speaking from personal experience, I think 90% of all Laufhauses in Vienna have real images of the girls. Of course, some of them are strongly enhanced with photoshop, but the pictures are real regardless. This also depends on the girls and not the club or Laufhaus. Although it is true for some Laufhauses to have overly photoshopped images, Laufhaus Vienna is not typically one of them.
