Curious on what you or others feel is a fair price to pay for such service from a hot girl.

I doubt that I could get a hot girl to wash, clean and cook for me in Thailand or anywhere else for that matter being in my mid 60's. I met a DIA girl in Bangkok in 2015 who spent considerable time with me but she was in her late 30's a little overweight but had a cute face and was tall which I like. She never asked for money. Just took her to restaurants and tourist places and bought her the occasional gift. She more than compensated through interaction with locals and always had my interests at heart by, for example, alerting me to potential rip-offs many of which I could be aware off on my own actually. I find female company sometimes useful also for non-mongering moments. If I get someone like that in Pattaya I'd be satisfied.

During the day I want to shack up with a civilian who, apart from taking care of my physical needs, would wash, clean and occasionally cook. We'd frolic on the beach, dine at restaurants and do touristy stuff. She'd go home to her family just before nightfall which is when I'd get ready to hit the clubs, go gos etc. for some serious drinking and mongering on site. Rinse and repeat the next day. That's my retirement plan.

I pretty much never pick a girl on soi 6 who doesn't act interested in me first. Today I see a woman, short, maybe 4' 10" and young. I think she said 23. She had nice big boobs for her size that she said were natural. We go up to room and she tells me to take shower by myself. I want her to join me but give in and take shower alone. When I get out of shower she tells me to pay her. I say no, I pay after and she is adamant I pay her then. So I say, no I am going to leave. She says okay pay after. She didn't speak english well but I understood her. Then she goes to take shower and shuts the door. The shower was in the room. I am kind of pissed and think this isn't worth it. A few months ago, in one of my rare occasions, I was able to find something to play with on Soi 6. Ironically, it was also from Click Bar (left side off Second Road near the 7-11) as well. The girl I met at Click Bar had huge natural boobs, so I wonder if we are talking about the same girl. Her name is May and her English is not so great. She's is young and no more than 5'1, petite but those boobs are big. She also has a decent looking face. Her service to me was of excellent quality for only 1000 baht which included a CIM finish. I had a big drink bill of 1200 baht between me, her, and her girl friend, so I didn't have to pay a barfine for the room. Also I didn't want to use those nasty rooms anyway, as I was staying at Discovery Beach Hotel next door. Literally about a 30 seconds walk, so no issues there. Back in the my room she did everything I asked, including the CIM. I think her BJ only rate at Click is 800 total, full service is 1300 with room. It's better to sit and chill with these girls for a bit as it increases your chances for better service, not every time, but better odds. You sometimes can get a vibe of the service you are going to get ONLY if you've been in this game for awhile and can pick up on cues and demeanors. The last time I LINED her when I was in Pattaya about a week ago, she was working the same time you were there. But she she also told me that she moves around from Click, Red Point, and even Dolls from time. Paying first and upfront means that maybe they feel you are a newbie and may have trouble with you OR the girl doesn't really like you and is going to give you bad service. Hence it is easy to cash and dash. Be careful with doing that. Just tell them that you will pay when done and even willing to tip for good service.

Mostly the weekend warriors in town for splurging with their silicone dates and the club's diehards love tables (status symbol). For a simple man like myself that is not a heavy drinker I prefer throw back a juice, diet soda, or water and observe the talent and who has the most revealing outfit and best body. Ideally I prefer to hit the disco and hire a hottie within the first hour and be out the door no later than 3 am. I would never forgive myself for staying out till 7 am and not scoring any action in LOS. If you have a few bottles then a table makes sense. Bluntly I'm at the disco to score a hottie at a fair price and hope the bouncers are in a good mood. Summarily, I want to see friends and snag a hottie. I go to W Street for the boom boom. Its not a college frat party for me. The top hip hop disco in AC typically don't want you to sit unless you reserve a table. Last time I was there I sat down but it was after 4 am.

It probably will be to party and have a hot body next to me in the morning to begin the day. The theory at the moment is for me and my 2 friends is to have a table with a bottle and invite some TF girls to join us and also check out the girls already there. Our usual routine is visiting Soi 6,7 & 8 or Kinaree in the afternoon and Agogos at night but next visit we are cutting down on the Agogos and looking at other options to find some girls. By 2 am we usually have 2 sessions under our belts so getting laid isn't a necessity but will be nice.

FYI Airbnb is officially illegal now in Thailand so be careful especially if this is a place you plan on retiring at. Not sure if they will come down on renters. I haven't heard any cases being moved forward yet. Any black mark could hinder your ability to renew your Visa.

Jomtien is nice but it's a bit far if you want to go to Soi 6 or Terminal 21, even with a motorbike.

Yes, if you haven't decided on an area yet, rent hotels or a guest house and go around to different parts of the city and start walking. Not only will you lose 10-20 kg in the first month but you will find many interesting bars you may have never found otherwise and believe me there are MANY never mentioned in ISG...........

I did not know Airbnb was illegal in Thailand. Nevertheless, my plan is really to stay in a nice condo in Jomtien. I prefer the less frenetic environment of Jomtien for habitation. I hit Soi 6 late Friday and there are hardly any punters out. I elected to do 3 passes down the alley. That was a mistake because I didn't grab the 2 dark skin lovelies my first pass. There was a slimy with a tight body but she was around my age and too old for my taste. Newbies, its not like Tijuana. You literally can have a 20 min. Drink with a regular and that new tang could be gone when you return. So the aforementioned chicks from Quicy Bar grab me for a quick drink. 1 round damage is 400 baht. I wasn't keen on quick bar because I came with the mindset of getting some fresh new booty. Definitely not in repeat mode unless they coming straight to my room and cutting the bar out. With Sai's psycho display last week I rather avoid the bar. They suggested I do a threesome. I wasn't quick to take the bait since Sai said she never been with a chick before. Unless I'm in Brazil or the chicks tongue is down the other chicks throat I am not game. Plus quicky has a resident lady boy that makes the bar dicey. Sai claims she saw me on Walking St. Who knows. She surely didn't greet me.

I wrote a report about almost leaving with one then some bullshit happening. This was sometime last year.

Remember we are talking Pattaya, not your uppity club back home. I usually go in shorts and flip flops. If you want a table and one is not available, then just slide in with someone else. No problem. I must tell you that most discos have more tables than seats though. So more than likely you will be standing unless you are like me and chicks volunteer their chair.

I have a question or 2 regarding Insomnia night club. Firstly if you become a VIP member how guaranteed are you of getting a table and how secure is the table if everyone is on the dance floor for example? Are the tables in a separate area? I have never been in the club so excuse my vagueness but it most represent better value then drinking at Agogos all night. Any and all insights and experiences are welcome.

Well in response to your question I just go to Pattaya for quick 1-2 day visits which is why I take quite a few girls in a short period of time. So I don't have a monthly budget.

I suggest you to avoid the huge tourist new condos. New condo like Unixx and The Base have very small room like 1 bedroom - 34 mq and are full of tourist and family with children. For living there all year I would like some building more small but with bigger apartment in a quiet area.

My main wingman bought one at Maldives and it took them 4 years to build it. That thing is micro small. I am sure that he would not have bought it had he seen the actual place beforehand.

I saw some attractive looking condominiums near Jomtien beach on airbnb but will most likely follow your advice and check into a hotel and then go apartment hunting.
